On the other hand executed several projects in sub-station automation.As a part of CFT Im also versed with different analytical techniques.Process Excellence Projects: Distribution Related Engineering Asset Management System (DREAMS) February 2008 to July 2010, Team Size : 10 Identification of existing processes for Operations & Maintenance activities for various departments of , standards, procedures followed by analyzing problem areas. Then process re-engineering by introduction of an IT driven Asset management system connecting various departments. Also it required defining individual persons roles and responsibilities, information flow control, creation of maintenance regime and test standards. New Ballygunge (E) Distribution Station (33kV): November 2012 to January 2013 ,Team Size: 11 Overall supervision of commissioning of protection system for 33/11 kV transformers, 20 panel 11kV Switchboard, 9 panel 6kV Switchboard, Relay testing, Timing test of CB, CT & VT test, HV pressure test, Transformer Test.

Garden Reach Distribution Station (33kV): February 2013 to April 2013 , Team Size: 15 Overall responsibility to commission the complete protection system & SAT for equipment. This station has one 33/11-6 kV transformer, one 11kV & one 6 kV switchboard.
