“In Loving Memory of My Dad”

The calendar for April had a lot of events but I only ended upattending three. The Outcast MC Annual (04/15) was cancelled out ofrespect for the funeral of Louie the Lip 1%er, Outlaws MC in Daytona. The annual CMA Easter Service, which was scheduled for Peterson’sNorth was cancelled. I was actually looking forward to this event as Icould not make last year’s Easter Service. I missed the LouisianaCrawfish Boil that was held at the Keltics MC clubhouse on Saturdaythe 22nd. I was beat from working crazy hours that week. My body wastelling me that I urgently needed some well-deserved down time. I hadinitially had planned on attending the Alternative MC’s Annual and theHouse Ranch Tribute Concert for Cagney’s House of Rock 8thAnniversary party but my body was still too pooped to go out. Besides

that, the weather was piss-poor. It was rainingcats and dogs all day at my house. The weatherconditions made my decision very easy to stayhome on my fat ass. I never left our house allweekend long. On Sunday (04/02) I rode over to the StatesMC’s clubhouse in Pompano where their 51stAnnual was held. The weather was pictureperfect. Consequently, they had a great turnout. As usual, I arrived early to take the groupphoto. Thankfully, we got this taken care ofvery quickly as the masses started to pour in. I

took a bunch of photos ofpeople riding into the event.Around 1:15 p.m. I was reallystarving and I needed some foodand fast! Thank God there wasno long line. States MC alwayscook up a storm. Their food is todie for. When I am at theirhouse, I always ask for a littlebit of everything and lucky me...I get my wish! Sometimes it isgreat to be the Axman!Everything was finger-lickinggood. Shovelhead entertainedthe crowd who were enjoyingice cold drinks while vendors

seemed to be doing goodbusiness. All in all it wasanother great event. On behalfBeast and all the members ofStates MC I want to thankeverybody that came out totheir Annual. On Saturday (04/08) Iattended Mystic MC’s OffAnnual Party which took place

I want to saymany thanks onceagain to GabeCarrera, “TheAttorney thatRides” (andwrites) for buyingextra ads anddonating addition-

al money to make sure that thisissue of WOTR made it to theprinter. Without this extra cash thisissue would not have happened.During the last 2 years, manyadvertisers have dropped out, somehave gone out of business, othersdidn’t have any money for ads andothers had other excuses. Somewere content with the business theyalready have and don’t need anymore but most got their business inthe first place thanks to the effortsof myself and all my photographersand writers. But times have changed and thebiker community is not what it usedto be when I first started coveringevents and working with otherbiker magazines since the mid 80’s.Although there are a few bikermags still in print in other parts ofthe country... more than a handfulhave stopped printing and somehave gone totally digital, which issomething that I have been lookinginto the past few months. Millionsof people own iPads®, smart phonesand computers to shop, bank, watchmovies, receive email and usesocial media, like Facebook andTwitter... so now may be the righttime to upgrade to a digitalmagazine and website. I would getthe word out using my large emaillist and social media. Going digitalwould offer my writers andphotographers much more room fortheir articles and photos, and inAxman and Killer Chucks case, they could have a direct link totheir event photos so you can look, download and/or purchase picturesfor your own personal use. Adver-tisers will be able to lower their adcosts plus get direct links to theirwebsites or Facebook/Twitteraccounts if they want. I would havean event page as I have now onpage 29. I will have a “Flea-Market” area to sell and buy yourpersonal biker related items likeparts, clothing, art, motorcycles and

Good NewsBy Doug Scofield

Ummm... Good Cookin’ with CookieBy Dee: [email protected]

It’s the day after Easter and as I reflect onwhat Jesus endured for you and for me; itbrings tears to my eyes. I just don’tunderstand how humans can treat anotherhuman in that manner, especially One thatcame and only showed and taught love.Imagine, if you will, the pain, the guiltthose that loved Him felt as they turnedtheir back on Jesus, as they denied evenknowing Him. Their belief in the Son ofGod faltered as they saw Him go through itall. We know and they discovered after 3days the Tomb was found empty... THESAVIOR LIVES!

I got a new ride, a 2017 Road Glide Ultra. It will take some gettingused to but it’s the first new Harley-Davidson I have purchased withsome spunk... right off the floor! The riding up here is awesome! Inabout 10 minutes you can be on country roads that go for miles. Onceout on those roads, especially when it’s just me and the Lord; thefreedom I feel is incredible. You don’t know what lies ahead or what isbeyond the next curve. So it is with life; what does the future hold and what if life throws youa curve? Christians have a saying “I don’t know what the future holdsbut I do know who holds the future.” If you put your trust in Jesus andgive Him your whole heart, He will make a difference in your life.Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares theLORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give youhope and a future.” It’s a simple step of faith by inviting Him into yourheart and asking for forgiveness of your sins. It is also a big step, because the first commandment declares that He is a jealous God...Exodus 20:3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.” It’s your heartHe seeks. Jeremiah 29:12-13 “Then you will call upon Me and come andpray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me whenyou seek Me with all your heart.” I promise you this... give Jesus yourheart and you will never regret it; the journey is never boring and youwill never be alone... never! And that’s only because the tomb was foundempty! This is the month we observe Memorial Day. Memorial Day is aUnited States Federal holiday observed on the last Monday of May.(May 29 this year). Formerly known as Decoration Day, itcommemorates U.S. men and women who gave the ultimate while inmilitary service to their country. First enacted to honor Union soldiers ofthe American Civil War (it is celebrated near the day of reunificationafter the Civil War), it was expanded after World War I to includeAmerican casualties of any war or military action. Please set aside sometime on May 29 to pray for the families of those that have given their allfor you and me and please, please, please; pray for those that are now inharms way fighting for our freedoms. I pray that when they return theywill still recognize their country! Last but certainly not least; May 14th is Mothers Day. If you’re able togive your momma a hug and tell her you love her, then you are blessed! My mother is 93 and lives in Indiana and I just found out she fell EasterSunday and received 6 staples to the back of her head; very thankful shedidn’t break anything. I’m trying to get in shape and prayerfully ride upto visit her this summer. I know I’m not the only one that reads WOTRwith an aging mama. One of the best Mother Day presents I’ve evergiven her only cost me postage and a little time, a letter, not a card, telling her how much I appreciated what she sacrificed for me and mysiblings and the love I felt from her and for her! So please bless yourmother this Mothers Day in an unique and special way! If we at Calvary Chapel MM can be of any service please feel free toe-mail me or call me at 954-448-1235 or give Russ a call at 954-553-0580. Riding free, Doug.

My article for this Memorial Day issue ofWheels on the Road magazine was inspiredby stories told to me by Stanley A. Lesniak

and others throughout my lifetime. JL

This story is about Memorial Day and tohonor those who made the ultimate sacrificefor our country. I am going to start with a storyabout an event that happened over one hundredyears ago... There was a young man who heard that hisCountry needed help with a World War. Nowbefore I continue I want to ask, “How manypeople have ever signed a blank check andthen gave it to someone?” Well this story isabout one young man who did just that. Hewent down to the local recruiting office andsaid to his Uncle Sam, “I will give you thissigned blank check that is drawn on the bankaccount known as my life.” That checkingaccount is filled with the rest of the days of mylife. You can use as many of them as you wish,in any way you wish, for as long as you wishUncle Sam, but all I ask is: “when you arethrough, please return to me those days that arestill in the checking account of my life.” Then Uncle Sam took that check and toldthat young man to report to Basic trainingwhere he put him, with thousands of otheryoung men, and created the Armed Forces.Uncle Sam then took some of those days out ofthe young mans’ checking account andtoughened up that young man with months ofdiscipline, months of marching and months ofcombat training. When that was over all theyoung man asked for was a few days off to goand see his mother before he was shippedoverseas. That young man was then forced to live in aforeign country, sometimes in a barracks, andsometime he lived outdoors. Uncle Sam usedthe days out of that checking account and putthat young man into fox holes in the hot sun, torrential rain and freezing cold. And all thatthe young man asked was for one night in townto try to forget that war. Uncle Sam did not stop there... he kept thatyoung man overseas and made him march untilhe could not take another step. He kept him onduty until he could no longer keep his eyesopen and he put him in situations where it waskill or be killed. And all the young man askedwas for some mail from home.

Now this particular war ended and it wastime for the young man to go home, and it onlytook people a short time to realize what a herothis man was and what he had sacrificed todefend his Country, our country we call theUnited States of America. Then as Uncle Sam sent him out to anotherwar in another foreign country that young manasked if after this war could he go home to stayand use those remaining days left in thatchecking account of his life. But during thiswar Uncle Sam cashed that signed blank checkthat the young man handed to him a few yearsearlier, and all that returned home from thatforeign country was a heroic young man in acasket with an American Flag draped over thelid, and all that the mother of that young manasked of Uncle Sam, was a day to honor hersons’ ultimate sacrifice. And this Memorial Day we are here torespect that mother’s wishes and we are goingto honor her son. All I am asking of you is totake a few minutes this Memorial Day to thinkabout that youngman who never gotto spend any of hisdays back in theUnited States.Today I am sure heis with his makerwaiting for andmissing the lovedones he fought sohard to defend. Now in closingand on behalf of allthe mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, andall the loved oneswhom have lost

a little relaxation and a few cold ones and tograb a few photos before going home to getready for a long work week ahead. Gabe, the Attorney that Rides (and writes)had invited everybody to join him to celebratehis 10th Year Anniversary in private practice. He held it at the Der Krieger MC’s clubhouseand in my book, he could have not picked abetter place to do it. It was a Grateful DeadTheme Party and Biker Bash. There was no

way I was going to miss that event. He has done so much for ourcommunity and also for Wheels on the Road Magazine. Thanks to hisadvertisements and other special financial contributions, Miami Mikewas able to print the April, and now this May issue. Thanks Gabe! Bythe time I arrived, the party was in full swing. There was free beer allnight (as long as it lasted), live music by Unlimited Devotion, a Grateful

Writing live here fromLeesburg Bike Fest coveringthe favored biker event inFlorida. It’s hotter thanDaytona during Bike Weekbut the police and localgovernment are friendlier tous then those in VolusiaCounty. I drove Thursdaynight around the eventgrounds speaking with manyvendors that I know and allhad high hopes of big profits

due to the improvement of the economy. Most of the hotels are full withthe overflow buying tents and setting up at the ABATE camp grounds. When I rode up it was 90+ degrees and my thighs were roasting from theheat of the new Harley-Davidson 107 engine. Cooler my ASS!!!

Today is Friday andalready I see peopledrinking beer, walkingthe grounds, andgetting their sunburnson. Throngs of bikescoming in groups. Ifyou didn’t come youmissed out big timecause the party’s aboutto take off right now. Itmust have been 100

degrees. I found myselfdunking my head &shoulders in the park waterfountain pool. Felt sogood! Friday night I wasabout 7-8 miles south ofthe Leesburg center anddriving North to Lady Lakearound 12 miles I counted7 bikes pulled over. Eachstop I saw 2-3 LEOvehicles surrounding thebiker(s). I quickly threw awarning up on Facebook tomy friends to watch it and drive the speed limit ESPECIALLY if youbeen drinking. (Reported at press time of course...)

Talking about missing out... some of you knuckleheads missed theparty of a lifetime at the Der Krieger MC clubhouse April 14th for my10th Year (in business) Anniversary party. I know... I know... you’re notinto the Dead’s music and some songs are so psychedelic that it takesyou out to space and ya get lost however, the band that played is called“Unlimited Devotion” and they are extremely talented... to the musicallevel quality of Soulicide and Mr. Nice Guy. Those that attended tosupport me and the Der Krieger MC were amazed how much they gotinto the music. They played the well known songs at high tempo keepingthe women dancing all night. If you go to “Attorney That Rides” on YouTube I have the 360 degree videos of the whole party with the bandplaying! I also want to thank Todd Remington for putting together abreak time band. With both bands there was non-stop music til the earlyhours... very early hours I think... I want to thank the Der Kreiger MC for allowing me to use their house

to throw my10th Anniversary party. 10 Years in private practice as theAttorney That Rides... what a long strange trip its been! Miami Mikeand Sharon, Axman, Freddy J. and Huck all came and thank God theydid because the wine and the co-ordinating of the festivities did notleave me much time to take pictures. Besides... Miami Mike and creware wayyyyy better photographers than I am. I want to thank TonyBaday of Las Carnitas restaurant for providing sooooo much food for alow price. His staff went inside the Der Kreiger MC clubhouse and laterTony had to drag them out cause they were having toooo much timeplaying pool and talking to the attendees. And I want to thank John, from John’s Rock & Ride in Daytona for coming down with hisDeadhead merchandise and cigars... and Honey Jack! (I’m blaming youfor me getting home so late.)

With big respect to all other clubs and organizations... if you ride amotorcycle and might be thinking of joining a family oriented club ororganization, check out the Der Krieger MC. Stop by any Friday nightfor their open house and tell them you read this article and say I sentyou. And most of their club members are veterans by the way. Theiraddress is: 5925 SW 42nd Place, Davie. The impromtu Keltics’s MC Crawdad Boil was fucking awesome! Asusual, it was very organized. There was reserved parking, the meals were$5 all you can eat. Lefty from States MC took advantage of that byeating 6 plates of crawdads. I tried to keep up but got full at 3 plates.(Plus I ate a lot of food from the buffet like potatoes, pasta, salad,deserts... that Lefty didn’t eat). I could have easily beat him if I hadn’tfilled up on everything that was in the buffet. For entertainment, DavisSeaman was playing acoustic and he did a jammed-up job. I saw manyold friends that I have not seen for a while. I want to congratulateBeacon and the Keltics for an awesome festive time at your house! Andthey have an open house Friday night so check out their clubhouse inDavie at: 2401 SW 70h Ave. D-13. (across from Signature Grand) Robert Sutton, head of the Broward GOP, and two former candidatesfor judges stopped by and stayed for quite a while. It’s nice to see thatthese political figures take a liking to us bikers and feel comfortableamong us. They were really enjoying themselves and interacting withmany in the biker community. Some of you may be like, “fuckingpoliticians”... but hey, next time you’re in front of a judge for whateverreason, civil or criminal, and they don’t understand your biker lifestyle, don’t bitch. We try hard to elect biker friendly judges that understand usbecause it guarantees justice and fairness for us. Next time I have a“Biker Political Forum” event please show up because it will help you oryour bro in the long haul. Finally, my final thoughts will be for my next party... YES I SAID It...another party, LOL! Planned for Saturday, August 19th, 2017, I will behosting a birthday party with the same band at the American Legion Post180 in Plantation. It is a Hippie themed party for those who want tocome dressed like Woodstock 1969. In fact, I think Woodstock is havingan anniversary this year in August. Should be good times so stay intouch via social media and WOTR for updates. Ride Hard/Ride Long! Gabe

Every bikershould know thisFamous Chopper!(If I gotta tell yayou need to sellyour bike)

I have the frame in my living room and every night I mold a littlemore of it. Nowadays it’s the only way I can do it. It’s really boringshit, almost as exciting as watching a glacier race down a valley! It’samazing how many steps are involved in project like this. The bigpayoff is when it’s all finished and you hit the button, and like Dr.

Frankenstein, you see your “Monster” come to life! For meit’s more exciting than sex!! You young guys will know

what I mean if you’re lucky enough to reach my age! LOL Anyway, you all have a Great month, be Happy, Safeand ride sober!

Your Friend, Uncle Willie

Hi Peeps!

Another beautiful South Floridamonth is upon us! How lucky we are tobe living here. I love everything aboutSouth Florida EXCEPT the traffic andthe third world a-holes who clog up ourroads. You know who I mean... theones’ who haven’t a clue what RoadCourtesy means. Who doesn’t realizetheir cars have turn signals as standardequipment. Who doesn’t think ofstepping on their brakes and slowingdown instead of just blowing their hornat you. The real pieces of shit whohave to text while they are driving, especially the brain dead playing withtheir phones when the light turns greenand they just sit there hypnotized tillyou have to blow your horn to wake

them up! But by then, a lot of times, the light has turned red again andyou have to wait for the green again! As John Wayne said “You can’t fixstupid!!”

The old EME girder frontend I have for my Honda SOHC 750 (836cc)chopper only has four inches the legs, as it was originally designed foreither a free wheeling spool hub or the old Halcraft mini drum or minidisc brake. Both, by the way, were only good for looks and to hold youfrom rolling backward on a hill. As far as stopping goes...USELESS at anyspeeds above acrawl. Not only amI building the bike tolook cool, I also wantit to be a great roadbike too. I went looking fora front wheel thatnot only lookedgood and would fitinside the legs, would also have afront brake thatlooked great, but moreimportantly... would stopgreat too! I remembered back to the mid seventies when I built a radical volkspowered trike. The girder I had for it was a narrow bitch too. Back then Itook a 750 Honda hub and narrowed it and put dual disc’s on it. I figuredif I did it then, why couldn’t I do it now? A friend of mine got me aSportster front hub and I sectioned 1-3/4 inches out of the center. Iwound up with a 3" wide hub that used a stock Harley disc. Someonehad originally suggested that I widen the front end, but it was sobeautiful narrow that I decided that sectioning the hub was the only wayto go to keep the look I wanted. So now I have to get the hub powder coated (metallic silver with largemetallic flakes), put the new bearings in, as the old ones were set up touse a 1" axle and the front end was built for a 3/4 “ axle. As soon as Ihave the bearings installed in the hub it’s going to be laced to a 21"x1.8540 spoke rim. The spokes are polished stainless and the rim chromed. My friend Woody is going to make the spacers and the axle then thefront end will almost be done. The bike is being done old school. Iremember old school because it was New when I started in bikes. NoRat or grunge on it. All paint, polished chrome and everything pretty! She will look like a time capsule just puked her out of the 70’s!!

Dead Tribute Band, great food &Spanish Cuisine, drink specials, vendorsand lot of giveaways. These are all thekey ingredients for a kick-ass party, andwhat a kick-ass party it was! Gabe, hispeople, and the Der Krieger MC went allout to make everybody welcome andhave a good time. I can’t wait until hisbirthday party in August. (see his articlefor info) I am looking forward to attending theP.O.A.T – (AKA, Cops Ride for Kids)which will take place on May 7th. As Imentioned on numerous occasions, thischarity ride is very special to me. Thebenefits will go the Police OfficersAssistance Trust which will ultimatelyprovide toys to children whose parents lost their lives in the line of duty.

It is thelongest(in miles) police escorted ride in SouthFlorida. It leaves from the Miami-DadePolice Headquarters in Doral and it goes allthe way down to the Postcard Inn on HolidayIsle, Islamorada. Please check out the detailsat www.poat.org. I will be taking photos ofthe riders at the corner of N.W. 25th Streetand 107th Avenue. What’s up everyone!!! Well this will be the shortest articleI’ve written for WOTR due to someissues at home. Like some youngneighbor thief broke in and destroyedmost of my belongings and stole whathe didn’t destroy (like my photo gear).Needless to say, I haven’t felt likeleaving the house but I eventually gotout and made it to a couple events, withan old camera he left behind. First was the 3rd Annual AlligatorRon’s Wing Fest, hosted by Big 105’sDoc Reno, and held at the BergeronRodeo Grounds in Davie. And just likethe title of the event suggested some of

the best local restaurants competed for the crown of “Best ChickenWing’s” and “Best Sauce” categories. They had activities for the kid’s,food trucks, live Music and you can’t have wing’s without beer andother adult beverages to wash it down. Word is over 11,000 showed upfor this great cause to raise Awareness and money for the ConstructionAngels, a not for profit organization that helps educate aboutconstruction related accidents, grief consulting and safety in the workfield. I look forward to next year’s event.

Next upwas the“SuperChevyShow” atPalm BeachInternationalRaceway andwhat a showit was! Theroad coarsewas packedwith car’sand truck’scompetingfor trophies, and on thedrag racingside vendorsand food

lined the swales. The headliners included Danny O’ Day in his ATIsponsored wheel stander, the fastest one on the circuit. Also, the legendPaul Smith, and his nostalgia funny car“The Entertainer”, lined up beside MikeHarrigans 1973 Duster funny car named“Gold Dust”. And there was a lineup ofpro mods for a tribute race in honor of ourgood friend Kennith White aka (BuddyRoe) who passed away unexpectedlyearlier in the month. He was a terrificfriend and great race promoter at the localrace tracks. RIP Brother!!! And last butnot least Sam and Dixie Ives, in their“Heat Wave” jet funny car lined upagainst David Douthit in his Black PearlNova jet car to heat up the day and night. So great weather, food, and racing whatmore could you ask for. Until next time ride safe, Killer Chuck

rained and rained hard all day. With so much planning for months withthe bands, vendors and selling tickets it did not look good early in themorning. Many people contacted me and everyone for updates to see ifthe show was going to go on. Even though hundreds of people boughttickets only a few hundred people roughed it out from 8am to 6pm andfought the elements, with the hope of the day clearing. (it didn’t) I cansay one thing... everyone’s spirits were up and basically we turned ahorrible day into a fun day with joking around and having the fun. Thebar was open, music was playing, all the vendors and food trucks stayed. So we pretty much had everything except the bands. No one really gotwet because the whole place had huge tents everywhere. Around 2pm itwas called as a wash and the rain date was announced for Sunday May28th. All tickets purchased will be honored on the rain out date, so bringyour bracelet or your advanced ticket voucher with you. We will startselling tickets again in May, both online and at Cagney’s. Please keep inmind this event was a fund-raiser to help the kids at Joe DiMaggioChildren’s Hospital as Cagney’s does at every Anniversary party and alltheir events. So the show, as they say, will and must go on! This photo of a horse checking out the plastic cup (at the House Ranchparty) is my Photo of the Month! He might have licked the cup, I didn’tsee, but it was only ginger ale anyway... but we all had a good laughafter seeing the photo.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day is the day wegive thanksTo all our fallen Soldiers. To thank them for theBurdenThat they have upon their Shoulders...

We have mourned the loss of the ones weknew,They fought for our Country and died. And for the brave ones that we did not know,Where their families have mourned, andcried...

On this day while we mourn our lossesWe should thank the ones who serve.Risking their lives day to dayOur praise is what they deserve...

They make our Country saferSo we can sleep at night.Knowing that they are willing and able,To stand up and fight our fight...

So set aside this day each yearAnd give thanks to those who have died. And show thanks to those who fight todayBy flying your flag with pride...

Take time to thank all the soldiers,Not just the last Monday in May.Thank them for standing up for us,Thank them... Every Day!

even furniture. (Bikers need furniture too - and everything everyoneuses) This digital magazine upgrade has been on the back burner for fewmonths now (I had written about this a while ago but nobody acknowl-edged it) but it may become a reality by early summer. If I do getenough ad money and/or donations by May 15th to print a June issue, that may happen, but the updated WOTR website will not be put onhold. Both a printed issue and my updated website can both be made towork together but only if there is an interest.. is there???

Now on to a few events Sharon and I covered this past month. Westarted off at the States MC Pompano Chapters 51st Annual on April2nd. It was a nice day with no rain for a change. We got there when thecrowds were at their largest. Shovelhead played on the big covered stageand they did an awesome job. They only stopped playing sodoor prizes could be given out...and there were some nice prizeswith a large framed photo as oneof the main prizes. We took thetruck so we had plenty of roomfor the picture, but our numberwasn’t picked. Must have beenan oversight... Vendor tentspretty much filled the lawn areaand people did seem to bespending some money. Moldy1%er had his framed artwork ondisplay, everyone should own atleast one of his pieces. He’s avery skilled artist (and poet) andhis “creatures” are pretty funny, like the lion and bunny rabbitpictured here. And his prices are

very inexpensive so make sure to check out his vendor booth at everyevent. And the food buffet, as usual, covered the indoor pool table. Moredelicious food then you could eat, although some people tried. goodtimes with great people - you want to put this event on your 2018calendars. I had to miss the Mystic 7 MC party because of Sharon’s birthdayparty. Her favorite aunt from out of town, and a cousin who shares thesame birth date with Sharon, only had April 8thto visit. The party, with a few other closefriends and family, was catered by Publix.(Nobody wanted to cook) Publix also made thecake since my pastry skill consists of a 3ftx6ftbirthday cake, made out of a 12” tallstyrofoam panel sandwich covered in $10worth of cheap white frosting... toppedwith 200 candles. (The impressive flamesrose 3ft in the air and took 2 minutes toextinguish) Sharon had a great time, especially since her 5 month old granddaughter was there to party! (if

eating, crying, dirtying diapers andsleeping is considered partying..) On April 14th we attended Gabe’s10th Anniversary party at the DerKrieger MC clubhouse. Gabe wascelebrat-ing his10thyear inpracticeinBrowardand hadthe besttime ofall!

Beacon, Pres of the Keltics MC, put together a Crawfish Boil andbuffet in a week and invited everyone who wanted to suck out the brainsof these little critters... Lefty (States MC) downed 6 full plates of thetasty little morsels but most everyone else had a plate or less. They taste

pretty good but ittakes too muchwork to really getstuffed. There werespicy crawdadpotatoes, plus atable full of thetypical Keltics farethat were alsodevoured. It isalways a good timeat any Keltic event, hope you got aninvite... if not, make sure to get on
