OUR RENTALS & FUN BAND PROGRAM

This program was designed for children 12 and older. All children under 12 require adult super-

vision (someone over 18) with every rental sign out/sign in. Parents must sign waiver and agree to

supervise children & pay for any and all damages. Failure to follow the rules, will result in discon-

tinued use without refund. All amenities open with the store/office and close one hour before the

store/office closes (Weather permitting! We do not rent equipment in or after rain, or with threat of

rain. If thundering or raining starts, you must return rental equipment to the store/office immediately).

Rentals without Fun Bands are $5.00/kart/half hour, $5.00/boat/half hour, which makes the Fun Bands

a GREAT deal to keep the teens busy!

Fun Bands:

Pay just $7.00/person per day, or $12.00/up to one week stay (children under 5 are just $1.00) for

unlimited paddle boats, pedal karts, and jumping pillow (as per weekend agendas) for your child!

The Jumping Pillow will be inflated at pre-set times (as per the agenda) on Saturday, & Sunday

morning for one hour, or until the pillow has been empty (no jumpers) for 15 minutes.

Your child may use the pillow only if he/she has purchased the wrist band program! Adult super-

vision & socks are required. Please keep children off the pillow when it’s not in use! Please fol-

low the posted rules! No flips or inverted maneuvers of any kind!

All rental amenity equipment is to be signed in/out at the office with each use. Each sign out/in

requires adult (someone over 18) for all children under 12!

Pedal karts and paddle boats may be used for 1/2 hour at a time (1/2 hour on, 1/2 half hour off).

Children under 12 are required adult (someone over 18) supervision on all amenities. Children

under 12 are required to wear helmets to ride on the karts.

All paddle boaters must be fitted for life jackets at the office/store with every rental. Jackets must

be worn at all times while boating (including adults). One parent may go with children under 12 at

no charge, additional adults must have band or pay for boat rental.

Mini Golf is currently closed.

The Speed Limit is 5 MPH! PLEASE drive slow and watch for children!

Don’t forget your Gate Key Card if you’re going to be out after the store closes at 9:00 on Fri & Sat, 7:00 on Sun-

day, and at 8:00 Mon - Thurs. The gate will let you out at any time, but you cannot get back into the campground with-

out one!

All vehicles including visitors, must register at the office and display a window tag. Unregistered vehicles are sub-

ject to towing at the owners expense.

We do occasionally have bears & other critters come into the park! Please help us protect these animals by

taking your garbage to the dumpster daily and never take food into a tent with you! Never feed animals, as they

become a nuisance and wind up paying for it by being relocated or put down. Practice good camping protocol so

that we and the animals can all share the same beautiful places in Pennsylvania!

Garbage should be placed in the dumpster across from the propane station, near the front exit, daily. Thank you!

We are a pet-friendly park with these restrictions: No pets in store, buildings, pavilion, cabins, etc. Pets must be leashed on 6’ or less

leash 100% of the time, cleaned up after 100% of the time, and barking must be minimized. Did you get a treat for your pet when you

checked in? If not, please ask at the store! Please, DO NOT leave your pets unattended to bark all day while you’re away some where!

Thank you!

At dusk (when the street lights come on), all bikes must be put away for the night and all playgrounds close. Per PA State Law, all

children under 12 are required to wear helmets when riding bicycles!

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol is allowed, but is not permitted off site or in open display (i.e. Koozies are required). No kegs al-

lowed. Disorderly conduct or public drunkenness will result in removal from the campground without refund!

Campfire wood, may be purchased at the store during normal store hours!

Please conserve water & electricity. No baby pools or sprinklers are allowed. Please turn off lights when you retire for the evening, and

turn up your air conditioner temperatures or shut it off when you leave or when doors and windows are open.

Swimming Pool Hours: Swimming pool is open swim from Noon to 4:00pm and 5:00 to 8:00pm (except Monday when we close at

6:00pm). Adults ONLY swim is from 4:00-5:00pm. All children under 12 MUST have an adult (someone over 21) to swim. Air tempera-

tures must be above 70 degrees for the pool to open. If you come to the pool during scheduled times and the gate is locked, please ask for it

to be unlocked at the store/office. Shirts and shoes are required in the office, please.

Volume 26, Issue 5 Page 4

We thank you for our KOA President’s Award! The best awards we ever received are those from you, our custom-

ers! We thank you for camping with us and for your patronage! We sincerely hope you know how much we appreciate

you, our wonderful camping families!

We hope you enjoyed your stay with us this time! Our entire staff works really hard to provide enjoyable experiences

for all of our guests, and the best way to know if we are achieving that goal is through your feedback.

When you made your reservation, if we collected your email address to send you a confirmation, you will automatically get a Quality Review re-

quest from KOA. It only has two questions and only takes a few moments of your time. The first question, “How satisfied were you with this

campground?”, is graded on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being dissatisfied, and 5 being extremely satisfied. The second question, “How likely are you to

recommend this campground to others?” is scored on a scale of 1-10. Again, 1 is not likely at all, to 10 being extremely likely to recommend the

campground to others. In addition, KOA allows you to make comments. This is the perfect place to make note of that exceptional employee’s name,

or to let the campground know how much you loved their park. You can learn more about the NPS system at: https://koa.com/blog/how-and-why-

campground-reviews-matter-koa-rate-your-stay/

We sincerely hope that you’ll take a moment and complete the customer satisfaction survey every time you camp! If you love our campground, we

love to receive your 9 or 10, and your very kind comments! However, if we fell short, please feel free to leave us a short note telling us what the

issue was so we can fix it and continue to bring your family, and others, the best camping experience we can! Please do not feel you need to wait

for the review! If you have an issue, let us know while you’re camping here so we can address it! Please remember that things like cellular service

and the weather are well outside of our control.

Thank you again for selecting us for your visit and thank you for helping us provide great camping and RVing experiences for all of our guests. We

look forward to seeing you again.

Sincerely,

Tim & Robyn Chilson, Owners

Please don’t move firewood! It’s bad for
