The Call To Worship ~ based on Psalm 135 ~
Leader: Praise the Lord! Praise the name of the Lord, give praise O servants of the Lord, who stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God! Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing to His name for it is pleasant.
Unison: Your name, O Lord, endures forever, Your renown, O Lord, throughout all ages.
Prayer Of Adoration Songs Of Praise & Worship
Blessed Be Your Name
Blessed be Your name In the land that is plentiful
Where Your streams of abundance flow Blessed be Your name
Blessed be your name When Im found in the desert place
Though I walk through the wilderness Blessed be Your name
Every blessing You pour out Ill turn back to praise
When the darkness closes in Lord still I will say
chorus Blessed be the name of the Lord
Blessed be Your name Blessed be the name of the Lord Blessed be Your glorious name
Blessed be Your name When the suns shining down on me When the worlds all as it should be
Blessed be Your name
Blessed be Your name On the road marked with suffering Though theres pain in the offering
Blessed be Your name
Every blessing You pour out Ill turn back to praise
When the darkness closes in Lord still I will say
(repeat chorus) bridge
You give and take away You give and take away
My heart will choose to say Lord blessed be Your name
(repeat chorus) Come Praise and Glorify
Come praise and glorify our God The Father of our Lord
In Christ He has in heavenly realms His blessings on us poured
For pure and blameless in His sight He destined us to be
And now weve been adopted through His Son eternally
chorus To the praise of Your glory
To the praise of Your mercy and grace To the praise of Your glory You are the God who saves
Come praise and glorify our God Who gives His grace in Christ
In Him our sins are washed away Redeemed through sacrifice
In Him God has made known to us The mystry of His will
That Christ should be the head of all His purpose to fulfill
(repeat chorus) Come praise and glorify our God
For weve believed the Word And through our faith we have a seal
The Spirit of the Lord The Spirit guarantees our hope
Until redemptions done Until we join in endless praise
To God, the Three in One
Call To Repentance & Renewal
~ based on Hebrews 4 & Psalm 51 ~ Leader: The Scriptures teach us that in every respect our Lord Jesus Christ was tempted as we are, yet he was without sin. Let us therefore cry out with the Psalmist, Have mercy on me, O God, according
to Your steadfast love; according to Your abundant mercy blot out my
transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from
my sin! Let us therefore approach the throne of
grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find help
in our time of need.
Song of Confession Psalm 51 (God Be Merciful To Me)
God be merciful to me On Thy grace I rest my plea
Plenteous in compassion Thou Blot out my transgressions now Wash me, make me pure within
Cleanse, O cleanse me from my sin My transgressions I confess
Grief and guilt my soul oppress I have sinned against Thy grace And provoked Thee to Thy face
I confess Thy judgment just Speechless I Thy mercy trust
I am evil, born in sin Thou desirest truth within Thou alone my Saviour art
Teach Thy wisdom to my heart Make me pure, Thy grace bestow
Wash me whiter than the snow Broken, humbled to the dust
By Thy wrath and judgment just Let my contrite heart rejoice
And in gladness hear Thy voice From my sins O hide Thy face
Blot them out in boundless grace
Gracious God, my heart renew, Make my spirit right and true Cast me not away from Thee Let Thy Spirit dwell in me Thy salvations joy impart
Steadfast make my willing heart.
Sinners then shall learn from me And return, O God, to Thee Saviour all my guilt remove
And my tongue shall sing Thy love Touch my silent lips, O Lord
And my mouth shall praise accord
The Words Of The Gospel ~ based on Romans 5 & 8; Acts 10 ~
Leader: God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. There is, therefore, now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus because, as all the prophets testify about Christ, everyone who believes in Him receives the forgiveness of sins through His name.
To all who humbly seek the mercy of God, I say to you that in Christ Jesus your sins are forgiven!
Song Of Response In Christ Alone
In Christ alone my hope is found He is my light, my strength, my song This cornerstone, this solid ground
Firm through the fiercest Drought and storm
What heights of love What depths of peace When fears are stilled When strivings cease
My comforter, my All in all Here in the love of Christ I stand
In Christ alone who took on flesh Fullness of God in helpless babe
This gift of love and righteousness Scorned by the ones He came to save
Til on that cross as Jesus died The wrath of God was satisfied For every sin on Him was laid
Here in the death of Christ I live
There in the ground His body lay Light of the world by darkness slain Then bursting forth in glorious day Up from the grave He rose again
And as He stands in victory Sins curse has lost its grip on me
For I am His and He is mine Bought with the precious blood of Christ
No guilt in life, no fear in death This is the power of Christ in me
From lifes first cry, to final breath Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man Can ever pluck me from His hand Til he returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ Ill stand
The Prayers Of The People For The Church & City
Leader: Let us pray.
Unison: Our Father in Heaven, hallow-ed be your name. Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and forever. Amen.

Songs For Communion How Deep the Fathers Love For Us
How deep the Fathers love for us How vast beyond all measure
That He should give His only Son To make a wretch His treasure
How great the pain of searing loss The Father turns His face away
As wounds which mar the Chosen One Bring many sons to glory
Behold the Man upon a cross My sin upon His shoulders
Ashamed I hear my mocking voice Call out among the scoffers
It was my sin that held Him there Until it was accomplished
His dying breath has brought me life I know that it is finished
I will not boast in anything No gifts, no powr, no wisdom But I will boast in Jesus Christ
His death and resurrection
Why should I gain from His reward? I cannot give an answer
But this I know with all my heart His wounds have paid my ransom
Jesus Is Better
There is no other so sure and steady My hope is held in your hand
When castles crumble And breath is fleeting
Upon this rock I will stand Upon this rock I will stand
chorus Glory, glory, we have no other king
But Jesus Lord of all Raise the anthem
Our loudest praises ring We crown Him Lord of all

The curse of sins tyranny My life is hidden

(repeat chorus) bridge
In all my sorrows, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
In all my victories, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
Than any comfort, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
More than all riches, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
Our souls declaring, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
Our song eternal, Jesus is better Make my heart believe
ending Glory, glory, we have no other king
But Jesus Lord of all (repeat)
Raise the anthem Our loudest praises ring
We crown Him Lord of all We crown Him Lord of all
Our Confession Of Faith ~ based on 1 Cor. 15:1-6; Matthew 16:16; Rev. 22:13; & John 20:28 ~
Leader: Let us together profess our faith by saying
Unison: This is the Good News which we have received, in which we stand, and by which we are saved, if we hold fast:
that Christ Jesus died for our sins according the the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day, and that he appeared to Peter, then to the Twelve, and then he appeared to over five hundred witnesses at one time.
We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end; He is our Lord and our God. Amen.
The Benediction
~ 2 Corinthians 13:13 ~
Leader: The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

This involves asking both Mike and our congregation a series of questions together with a brief word of exhortation and prayers.

Please bring food for yourself / your family plus extra to share with our guests.
