STEWARDSHIP OF TREASURE
“I am praying for them…”
(John 17:9)
Prayer is the foundation of our Faith
and the foundation of Stewardship.
Pray in good times and in bad.
Prayer is always the first best option in any
situation, not just the last resort.
Pray for friends and family and for those
that don’t treat you very well.
Pray to give praise, to thank,
and to ask God for help.
Pray to see what God wants you to do
with the gifts He has given you.
GLORIA
You take away the sins of the world,
receive our prayer, You are seated at the right hand of the
Father, have mercy on us.
For you alone are the Holy One;
You alone are the Lord. You alone are the Most High, Jesus Christ,
With the Holy Spirit, In the glory of God, the Father.
Amen
Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace to people of good will.
We praise you,
we bless you, we adore you,
we glorify you, we give you thanks for your great glory, Lord, God, Heavenly King,
O God, almighty Father.
Lord, Jesus Christ, Only Begotten Son,
Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father,
You take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us:

GATHERING HYMN All Shall Be Well With My Soul
Seventh Sunday of Easter Cycle A

LITURGY OF THE WORD FIRST READING ACTS OF THE APOSTLES 1:12-14
After Jesus had been taken up to heaven the apostles returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a sabbath day's journey away.
When they entered the city they went to the upper room where they were staying, Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus, Simon the Zealot, and Judas son of James. All these devoted themselves with one accord to prayer, together with some women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.
RESPONSORIAL PSALM PSALM 27
SECOND READING FIRST LETTER OF PETER 4:13-16
Beloved: Rejoice to the extent that you share in the sufferings of Christ, so that when his glory is re-vealed you may also rejoice exultantly. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. But let no one among you be made to suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as an intriguer. But whoever is made to suffer as a Christian should not be ashamed but glorify God because of the name.
GOSPEL GOSPEL OF JOHN 17:1-11a
Jesus raised his eyes to heaven and said, "Father, the hour has come. Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you, just as you gave him authority over all people, so that your son may give eternal life to all you gave him. Now this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ. I glorified you on earth by accomplishing the work that you gave me to do. Now glorify me, Father, with you, with the glory that I had with you before the world began.
"I revealed your name to those whom you gave me out of the world. They belonged to you, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. Now they know that everything you gave me is from you, because the words you gave to me I have given to them, and they accepted them and truly un-derstood that I came from you, and they have believed that you sent me. I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for the ones you have given me, because they are yours, and everything of mine is yours and everything of yours is mine, and I have been glorified in them. And now I will no longer be in the world, but they are in the world, while I am coming to you."

NICENE CREED
I believe in one God, the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth, of all things
visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only
Begotten Son of God, born of the Father be-
fore all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not
made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit
was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and be-came man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.
GENERAL INTERCESSIONS
The Response is: “Risen Lord hear us.”
Unmute mics
He ascended into heaven and is seated at
the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the
giver of life who proceeds from the Father
and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic
Church. I confess one baptism for the for-giveness of sins and I look forward to the
resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.
PRAYER IN A TIME OF PANDEMIC
O God, whose Only Begotten Son bore the weight of human suffering for our salvation,
hear the prayers of your Church for our sick brothers and sisters
and deliver us from this time of trial.
Open our ears and our hearts to the voice of your Son:
Be not afraid, for I am with you always.
Bless all doctors and nurses, researchers and public servants;
give us the wisdom to do what is right and the faith to endure this hour,
that we might gather once again to praise your name in the heart of your Church,
delivered from all distress and confident in your mercy.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen

Prayer For Making A Spiritual Communion
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
Prayer of Pope Francis to Mary During the Coronavirus Pandemic
O Mary, you always shine on our path as a sign of salvation and of hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick, who at the cross took part in Jesus’ pain,
keeping your faith firm. You, Salvation of the People, know what we need,
and we are sure you will provide so that, as in Cana of Galilee,
we may return to joy and to feasting after this time of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform to the will of the Father
and to do as we are told by Jesus,
who has taken upon himself our sufferings and carried our sorrows to lead us,
through the cross, to the joy of the resurrection. Amen.
Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God.
Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial,
but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
