Record Keeping Practice Indicators – RKPI A shortened Record Keeping Audit Tool, based on the longer version - NIPEC Online Audit Tool – NOAT was released on 29th April 2016. The Record Keeping Audit Tool is applicable for all care settings, drawing upon the principles contained within the NMC Code of Conduct (2015) and Standards for Person Centred Nursing and Midwifery Record Keeping Practice (2013). The Record Keeping Practice Indicators can be accessed at - www.kpini.org.uk/ The website has instructions on how to use the tool and NIPEC will be hosting an awareness session in each HSC Trust, in the near future.
