Dear Brothers & Sisters in Yahshua Messiah,  

      The message being preached by so many churches and other worldly religions is all  very  vague  and universal,  so  as not  to upset  its believing  followers, no doubt, even among unbelievers.  In this wicked world they KNOW that there are impending global disasters about  to  trouble  this world.   We hear of alarms  coming, not only from churches,  but we also receive from sectors  of the agricultural, political, scien‐tific,  financial,  and  other  institutions,  of warnings  of  dark  unknown  times  ahead. 

BUT: Do  they  say WHY  THESE  THINGS HAVE  TO HAPPEN? ARE THEY TELLING THE PEOPLE WHAT SIN IS? 

       Yahweh's ministry has been instructed in Scrip‐ture  to Go  out  into All  the  World  and  PREACH  the  Evangel  of  the KINGDOM  to  all  Nations,  and  to baptise  those who believe,  (an OBEDI‐ENT BELIEF), TEACHING them to OBSERVE ALL THINGS given to us through Yahshua Messiah, Matthew 28: 19‐20.         Are the churches of the world truly teaching their members what sin is? They are very good in warning their devout followers to obey the church, of which you, and I should  know  that  they  are  controlled by  the  god of  this world, Rev.12:9. Malachi Chapter 2 shows how corrupt the priesthood became, as it is this very day!              Cry aloud, spare not,  lift up  thy voice  like a  trumpet, and show my people  their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins, Isaiah 58:1 KJV.       We read in Ezekiel 3:4‐7,  Yahweh's watchmen have a duty to perform, and it will not be easy.       The Book of Ezekiel was never preached  to  Israel  in  the prophet's  lifetime. You will note there  is a break, and only after the  falling of  Israel, AT THIS END TIME,  is this WARNING MESSAGE to be openly preached!   You will note that  later on  in this Book , Chapter 33:1‐10, was Ezekiel permitted to speak.  Do we see or hear this Mes‐sage being preached LIKE a TRUMPET NOW!       The spiritually poor worldly church members are told to feel safe, as long as they love, and trust  in “the  lord J‐Christ” by keeping close to “the church.” We also hear of preachers telling their people to have at least a months' food handy in the house, and all will be fine.       How long will they last if the Tribulation is to be a period of at least three and a half years?       Beware! "He who strives to save his life, shall lose it," Luke 17:33.       The world does not know, or want to know the True meaning of  love. Yet Scrip‐ture explains love so simply: It is the keeping of the LAW of YAHWEH, 1st John 5:3.                      Love according to this world is just plain carnal lust.        The majority  of  Yahweh’s  people  have  not  been  shown  how  to  REPENT.    The

"good" Sunday church members do not know what they have to repent of! They have been told the Sacred Days in Leviticus  Chapter 23 are only for the Jews. Yet, Scripture clearly tells us they are Yahweh's Appointed Feasts FOREVER!       The awesome task Yahweh’s Assembly has been given is to KNOW HIS WILL, to go through all types of doors which will be opened by Yahweh according to His Time, and through His Will   to reach this world which has to be shown His Truth and what sin  is, 1st John 3:4.  We need to obey the original 10 Commandments (1st John 2:7‐8) on which the rest of Yahweh's laws hang. 

     Yahweh is calling out His chosen at this end time period, through His Spirit to be a part of His Work, to Speak out, and show His people their sins. That will be through any means within each individual’s talent.  As we read, there are many diverse gifts Yahweh has given His Scattered Assembly, 1st Cor. 12: 4‐14.      How wonderful  it will be when His people are working  together  in unity of His Spirit.  A  Song  of  degrees  of  David:  Behold,  how  good  and  how  pleasant  it  is  for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Psalm 133:1 KJV)      How can we deny His Calling ? 

YAHWEH is our ONLY PROTECTOR in YAHSHUA. Blessings in His Saving Name, 

Elder Lionel Gets South Africa Travels to Washington & Oregon

Pentecost is coming! May 31st, 2009

When Liz found out that her daughter, who lives in Olympia, Washington, was pregnant and due on April 9, 2009, she made plans to be there with her before and after that date. Then, looking at the projected calendar for Yahweh’s Feasts, we realized that April 9, 2009, could be Passover. This created some ambivalence for us, as Liz would miss honoring Passover and celebrating  the  Feast  of Unleavened  Bread  together with  the  Brethren,  here  in Missouri. When Carrie heard of these plans, she mentioned the fact that there were two women on the west coast who would  love  to be visited, Donna Padilla and Marilyn White. Donna de‐

sired  greatly  to  be  baptized  and  have hands lain upon her by an Elder of YAIY. It was then that Liz and  I decided we would go  together,  hoping  to  fulfill  both  family and assembly needs. We started communications with both women and as it turned out, we discovered that Marilyn would be out of the country at the time of our visit. Even though we didn’t get a chance to meet Marilyn,  it was  a  blessing  to talk with her, and we hope to see her at  the  Feast  of  Tabernacles  this  fall. So,  our  grandson  was  born  on  Pass‐over,  as  predicted,  and we  stayed  in 

Olympia almost a week, cooing over the new family member. After all was settled down, we traveled south to Riddle, Oregon to baptize Donna Padilla, who has known the Truth for many years and has been  in touch with our assembly for a  long time. She  lives with her husband, Joe, and they raise sheep, goats and chickens, selling goat milk and eggs. When we arrived at  their  ranch, nestled  in green  rolling hills, we were greeted by  the sounds of the animals and the rosy sunset. But, as beautiful as these were, they paled in comparison  to Donna’s  countenance  and  graciousness.  She  set  before  us  “the  fatted calf” as  it were, a table filled with healthy, delicious food along with unleavened bread. We spent the evening discussing Scripture, sharing our experiences and  listening to  in‐spiring music. The next morning, bright and early, Donna met us where we were staying

for  the  baptism.  Her  husband,  Joe,  and  Liz witnessed  her  baptism,  and when she came up out of the water, one could tell that the Spirit had fallen upon her, moving her and  John  to  tears. Shortly  thereafter, she  received the laying on of hands for the gift of Yahweh’s Spirit. She asked also for an anointing  for medical problems  she was experiencing. Her husband,  Joe, asked  for an anointing  for his health  issues and, as he  stated,  “so  that  I might  believe.”  Although  brought  up  in  a  Sunday‐keeping  church,  Joe spoke much  about  his  conviction  that  the  7th  day  is  the  true  Sabbath. Please join us in welcoming our sister, Donna; and please keep her and her husband, Joe, in prayer.

Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread 2009

It was a great Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread. Peace and unity abounded and we hope and trust  it was a blessing to Yahweh. We know it was a blessing for all in attendance. Our new Brother, Robert Fernald, was baptized just prior to Passover while with us. The following are a few of the pictures of this Spring’s Appointed Time, but more can be viewed on the website in the pictures section.

Cedar Crest Campground, just 40 miles from the YAIY assembly hall, has been secured for Feast of Tabernacles 2009. More details still to come. We’re also told that the lake is stocked with Big Mouth Bass and fresh water Perch, so plan on bringing your fishing pole! Buildings have air‐conditioning with heat. Here are a few pictures we took:
