Course Name: THE VALUE OF LISTINGS BEING SEEN ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Brief Description of the Course: The importance of marketing through social media, different avenues
available, how to market yourself, and how to maintain the optimum presence on social media.
Course Credit: 3 Hours of continuing consumer service credits
Live course identification statement: Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification
immediately before admittance to a live presentation of an offering:
A. A current California driver’s license.
B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle CodeC. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related
trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and
identification number of the participant.

Method of Course Presentation: Live Seminar
Attendance Policy: Students must attend at least 90% of the approved course hours to receive DRE coursecredit. Students are required to sign-in at designated location. They will be asked to show proper identification
as well as sign in on the sign-sheet. Failure to do this will result in not receiving any credit for attending the
course.
Exam Requirements
• Type of Exam: open use of resource materials (handouts)
• Number & Types of Questions: 15 Multiple Choice
• Allotted time for the exam: 15 minutes
• Grading criteria: A grade of 70% or higher
