THIS COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. All papers received from E. J. Krass are to be packed up and returned to E. J. Krass as soon

as possible.

2. As well, the funds received for filing the Writ of Summons - $ 204.00 and the 3 Summary

Motions - (3 x $ 62 = $ 186.00) are to be returned forthwith to E. J. Krass, the Petitioner on this file.

3. The reason for these actions is that, according to the Constitutional Questions Act, the

supreme court of british columbia has no jurisdiction over constitutional matters. The only

current court with the authority to hear and preside over constitutional Petitions to the Courts,

according tos. 24 (1) and s. 7 of The Charter of Rights and Freedoms, is the Supreme Court of

Canada in Ottawa.

4. Therefore, all papers, filed by the petitioner, E. J. Krass on this file with the exception of

this Order, must be returned to the petitioner so that he can use these documents in the filing of the

Petition to the Court on these constitutional matters with the Supreme Court of Canada as well as

the striking down ofs. 40 of the Supreme Court Actof Canada.

5. All papers will be packed up and made available for pickup by E. J. Krass within as short

a time frame as possible funds for pickup along with his remittance given that 15 months were

wasted before the supreme court of british columbia - kelowna.

6. S. 1 of the Writ of Summons filed January 9, 2009 on this file specifically mentioned that

this was a constitutional matter which automatically made the January 9, 2009 Writ of Summons

redundant and useless because the matters in the petition were already known to the administrators

of Canada and must be dealt with at the Supreme Court of Canada.
