LIFE GROUPS refer to the small

groups in His Life where peopleare bonded and established in

the process of the vision.

Answer:WIN-BOND-TRAIN-SEND

… that is to let peoplecome to know Jesus

personally, then bebonded with fellow

believers for preparationfor leadership.

Aside from regular life groupmeetings, it is highly encouraged

that the life group leader of leadership groups conduct one

on one talks with hismembers.

This will allow stronger discipleship to happen which is

greatly neededsince those who are in

the leadership life groups arealready in the pastoral

function.
