MAY 14, 2017 FIFTH SUNDAY OF EASTER

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO OUR LOVING MOTHERS

A woman of influence knows that God has her best interest at heart and that anything less than God’s best is unacceptable. Without our mothers we would not be here today, she made the most selfless choice. God created our mothers to be women of power, love and influence to guide each of us in this life. Our mothers are the greatest gift of our life. She is the light of your creation and the strongest bond of love interwoven with the tapestry of life.

Our Abba Father gave us a gift — the Blessed Mary — the holy Mother of God, the loveliest of women. She is the mother of the Word made flesh who with the spirit gives life. Intimate union and great love with the Holy Mother of God will keep your hearts alive and open to her voice. She cares for us and wants to help us in our daily needs. Mary brings us closer to Jesus. Her soul is filled with great graces for us.

The love for our mother is a natural fruit. Love and hug your mother now, tomorrow may be too late. Celebrate your mother with a beautiful meal today. Don’t let hugs come too late. God reveals himself through the wealth of love, the love of a mother and a father for the family in order to grow into a healthy loving relationship. Love is patient, Love is kind, it is not angered and it keeps no record of wrong. Love your family. Love begins at home. Love is as strong as death; many waters cannot quench love.

Thank God each day for your wonderful mother, shower her with extravagant love. Focus today on all the good things you have done with her. Today take time to give thanks to our beloved Blessed Mother Mary. The ultimate mother of Heaven and Earth who opens up the fullness of life and protects us! We are never done, our Blessed Mother intercedes for us and she is ever present to us wanting to help us, from Mary flow streams of Grace.

A mother’s Love is matched by no other. May an abundant harvest of Love and Joy fill your heart today. Dr. Teresita Dean, Legion of Mary

MAY CROWNING! We crowned our Mother Mary at all the Masses last weekend.

Mary, Help of Those in Need

Holy Mary, help those in need, give strength to the weak, comfort the sorrowful,

pray for God's people, assist the clergy, intercede for religious.

May all who seek your help experience your unfailing protection.

Amen. CINCO DE MAYO KÉRMES A HIT!
