Specifically designed for use in clean rooms, the Manusa automatic door

combines high volumes of traffic whilst ensuring the maximum levels of hermetic

sealing. The range of doors offer the optimum choice for rooms where positive

pressure is needed to ensure a clean environment, meeting the most demanding

of requirements. The hermetic doors keep operating theatres or clean rooms

hygienic and thermally efficient in order to comply with regulations, whilst

providing maximum safety for the end user.

Hermetic sliding door for clean rooms

Automatic door with bi-part or single slide configuration,consisting of one or two door leaves that will automaticallyor manually slide to open position, leaving a wide clearopening to let people and trolleys pass through. The doorwill close firmly to seal the perimeter of the opening toinsulate the interior of the clean room.

The Bravo hermetic door operator is specially designed for use in cleanrooms. The operator will activate the door and open the hermetic leafwith a silent and smooth high-speed action whilst providing total safetyfor the end user. When closing, an incorporated guide track will directthe hermetic leaf down and against the wall, sealing the perimeter ofthe opening to keep positive pressure inside the room. This way we helpto keep a totally clean and hygienic environment inside the room. Therevolutionary design of the Bravo operator for clean rooms providesgreat flexibility and will adapt to any opening where a strong hermeticseal is required. Thick aluminium profiles frame a robust 40 mm hermeticleaf composed of:

a) Insulated core made of injected polyurethane with 50 Kg/m3 density (grade M1).b) Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) on both sides (with stainless steel

surface).c) External surface made of stainless steel or High Pressure Laminate

(HPL).d) 6/28/6 double glaze vision panel flushed with the door surface.e) External or recessed door handles for manual operation.

You may personalise the door to any requirement, using any accessoryfrom our wide range of sensors, control and activation devices. Use ourinterface to build an interlocking gate, or the touch-less switch for extraprotection. Or connect all Manusa doors in your building to a laptop orPC for control and remote operation purposes.
