PR Strategies (part I)! -2/11/13 class-!
!Here are all ideas that we should agree/disagree upon in order to come up with a strategy to give them.Email your feedback and ideas! I will then update this into something that I can give to client, before Monday, so that they can give us the go ahead to do this stuff or advise them on how to do it. !

– Administrators: !• Post once a week (Feb-April 5) !
– Content: announcing bands, sponsorship updates, news about viewing, film dept news, !
• Post twice a week (April 5-May 5)!– Content: details about the telethon, band updates, viewing information!
• Twitter !– Ideas??!
• Website- maxkolbtelethon.com!– Design: choose Wordpress layout!– Content: What to keep/discard. What to add and how to organize it. !
• Redo team members page (clean, uniform photos and text) !• Donations page- simple, less info. !• Info section: where to watch, a bit about past years, maybe an “about the bands
section”, “about the department section”

• As a team we turn in a SWOT analysis for the telethon, this coming Monday. !• We need to send work back and forth and hopefully meet before class to
officially put it all together and choose who will give the 5 min presentation in front of the class. !

• Email me these by Sunday night so that we/I can put them together and elaborate on them in a typed-up document by class time. Donʼt hesitate to email everyone with questions/thoughts/ideas if you feel like you need help coming up with points. !
