Theirmethodstoemploythesetacticsweremanual,laborintensiveandprovedasignificantdrainofbothbudgetandhumanresources.EvenafteraninternalretoolingoftheirmethodsbyChuck’steaminIT,theinitiativewasloosingitsappeal-quickly.ChuckandKatherinereachedouttoLexiconNetworkstohelpsalvagetheirprogramandmeetthegoalfortheyear.
