Journey’s impressive 2.7-litre V6 petrol yields 136 kW and 256 N.m and is coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. This engine’s Flex Fuel capability can use up to E85 ethanol-blended fuel, regular petrol or a combination of both.

The 2.0-litre crD I-4 turbo diesel will inspire you with 103 kW and 310 N.m and is matched with the 6-speed dual clutch Getrag automatic transmission that delivers amazing performance and fuel efficiency with quieter operation.

SEVEn-PaSSEnGEr caPaBILITy WITH THrEE-rOW STaDIum SEaTInG. Journey’s flexible nature is never more evident than in the clever design of the available seven-passenger seating configuration, featuring a six-way power driver’s seat, fold-flat passenger seat, 60/40 split fold flat second row seats with fore/aft adjustment and 50/50 split fold-flat third row. All seats, even the second and third rows recline for optimum passenger comfort.

The 16.5 cm touch-screen and reversing camera combine to provide excellent rear vision when in reverse and extra peace of mind.

1. InSTrumEnT PanEL STOraGE. A small built-in bin is the perfect compartment for small items that need a home.

2. DuaL GLOVE BOX. This two-tiered glove box surpasses its utilitarian roots. Level one is a compartment aptly named Chill Zone® that can maintain the cool temperature of two 375ml cans with the help of Journey’s air conditioning. Level two features 5.7-litres of space to hold the Owners Manual plus other essential items.

3. FLOOr cOnSOLE. Easily accessible, the centre floor console offers illuminated cup holders and storage that keeps larger items like a purse or portable electronics out of site.

4. FLIP ’n STOW.Tm The hinged cushion on the fold-flat front-passenger seat flips forward to reveal a large bin perfect for stowing a laptop or handbag.

5. maP POcKETS. Found on all four passenger doors, moulded map pockets give you even more places to stash items like maps, books, 600ml drink containers and more. The location is always within easy reach.

6. In-FLOOr STOraGE. The second-row floor provides even more clever storage. Two in-floor storage bins with latching lids can each hold up to a dozen 375ml cans or other items. For added convenience, these bins have removable, washable liners for easy cleaning.

7. rEar cuP HOLDErS. Clever cup holders conveniently located in the rear quarter panel trim accommodate up to 600ml drinks or juice containers. Two more cup holders can be found in the second-row fold-down console.

8. carGO arEa. A standard hidden storage bin and access door to the tool and jack compartment is located behind the rear seat. When hauling gear is the priority, simply fold down the second- and third-row seats for up to 1,562 litres of cargo capacity.

SOPHISTIcaTED EnGInEErInG. Complex systems – like crush zones and safety cage construction – all work together to absorb or direct impact

energy away from the passenger compartment in the unfortunate event of an accident.

aIr BaGS [1]. Next generation driver and front-passenger air bags, supplemental side-curtain air bags for all three rows and driver and front-passenger supplemental seat-

mounted side air bags are all standard on Journey. Which means that in the event of a collision, there’s an extra level of protection that deploys at just the right time with the right

amount of force to match the incident’s severity.

acTIVE HEaD rESTraInTS. Standard on Journey, the front seat active head restraint system moves the head rest forward and upward in the event of a rear end collision to reduce the chance of head

injuries.

ELEcTrOnIc STaBILITy cOnTrOL (ESc)[2]. Including All-speed Traction Control (ASTC), Brake Assist, Electronic Roll Mitigation (ERM) and Trailer Sway Control. ESC assists drivers in maintaining control of their vehicles during

extreme steering manoeuvres. ESC works to correct the vehicle’s course by automatically controlling the throttle and applying the brakes at individual wheels.

All-speed Traction Control (ASTC) reduces engine power, applies the brakes to spinning wheels and transfers torque to the appropriate wheel when slippage is detected. Brake Assist automatically increases braking pressure to its maximum

force during emergency braking situations. Electronic Roll Mitigation (ERM) senses when a rollover may occur and applies braking force to the correct wheels to reduce the likelihood of such an event.

Trailer Sway Control (TSC) detects “sway” unique to trailer-towing and then engages Journey’s brakes to slow the vehicle and trailer down, reduces engine throttle and then increases the brake force to only one side of the vehicle to help counteract the sway

from the trailer.

anTI-LOcK BraKE SySTEm (aBS). Standard four-wheel disc brakes use state-of-the-art electronics to help prevent wheel lockup for improved steering under extreme braking or slippery conditions.

TyrE PrESSurE mOnITOrInG. Keep an eye on safe and proper tyre pressure for improved safety and fuel economy. A warning light illuminates when low tyre pressure is detected.

InTEGraTED cHILD BOOSTEr SEaT [3]. Journey offers the option of second-row integrated child booster seats for children who have outgrown child safety seats (7 seater only).

A smooth 2.7-litre V6 petrol engine is coupled to a slick-shifting six speed automatic transmission, offering a perfect blend of performance and economy.
