The 4-position reversible mattress allows the service life of the mattress to be extended, by regularly reversing head and feet, and the top and bottom. Therefore, the foam is never subjected to extensive use.

The mattress is made of a central base of high-density HR foam, which provides lift and prevents the patient from bottoming out. Two layers of high-density and high-elasticity (low-lift) HR foam ensures patient immersion and comfort.

Two lateral guides cut into the central base of the mattress provide the patient exceptional stability during transfers, either alone or with assistance. Cuts made in these guides give the mattress a high degree of overall flexibility, allowing it to follow the movements of the bed. There are 4 specific discharge zones at the ends of the mattress to relieve pressure on the heels and head. The mattress is available with a waterproof and seamless cover made of bi-elastic pharmatex to protect the mattress from possible contamination.

In healthcare facilities, bedsore prevention mattresses are regularly placed upside down on beds. As this type of mattress is perfectly symmetrical, the risk of error is suppressed while ensuring optimal bedsore prevention.

The 2-position mattress of a high-density HR foam base reinforced by a high-lift HR foam insert which eliminates the risk of bottoming out.The upper part of the mattress can be either produced in:- high-density and high-elasticity (low lift) HR foam, or- viscoelastic memory foam of high or low density, in order to adapt to all the features of comfort and immersion needed.
