    4. Freshers packs

Conservative Future Freshers packs at Universities and other branches across the United King-dom are funded and provided by Conservative Campaign Headquarters. While this is an excellentallocation of the Partys resources, the materials have failed to be re-energised in recent years.

These outdated materials have at times proven to be uninspiring to thousands of students, whetherprospective or current members of the Party. If not resolved, it could have a detrimental effect formany University Conservative Associations trying to attract new student members of the Party.

Day one as National Chairman I shall call for an immediate rethink to Freshers packs materials, and liaise with all University Conservative Associations and branches across the organisation topropose new and practical materials, attractive to students.

    5. National Forum proposalAs Northern Ireland Regional Chairman, and Regional College Chairman I am currently consultingwith my Regional and National colleagues on establishing a National Conservative Future Forum. This would act as an all-encompassing general-meeting of all activists across Conservative Future(in addition to Conservative Future Scotland).

The forum shall enable activists to have a platform for open debate and the allow for the ability toraise any motion from the oor of the forum, in addition to question both National Executive mem-bers and Regional Chairmen on any topic. The Conservative Party Annual Conference in October,or the Conservative Future Annual Conference in March/April could act as the ideal venue for sucha forum to ensure maximum possible turnout.

    6. Policy, Debate, and International Co-operation.

Conservative Future activists are integral to the voluntary Party in ensuring a vibrant campaigningforce, but this should not be sole objective of Conservative Future.

Our organisation has thousands of curious minds that seek to be challenged and debate the issuesof yesterday, today, and tomorrow. As National Chairman I shall seek to foster an environment towork with all external research and policy organisations, ensuring they are too accessible to ourmembers.

As Regional Chairman I recognised the importance of working with centre-right friends like YoungFine Gael and the Young Unionists, and while studying in California I took the opportunity to cam-paign with the California College Republicans. As National Chairman I shall continue this and en-sure Conservative Future retains and further builds on our positive rapport with centre-right friendsin international alliances, such as the International Young Democrat Union and the EuropeanYoung Conservatives.

    7. One-term commitment

If elected, I shall not seek re-election to the position of National Chairman.
