Attend breakdowns and rectify in a safe and timely manner to avoid long downtime periods

Carry out preventative maintenance on the rig power generation plant consisting of 5 CAT C-175-16 prime movers attached to 2340 KVA ABB generators producing 690V with 1958 Amps

Order spare and replacement parts to rectify any problems with equipment

Maintain and repair NOV TDS 1000 top drive, driven by ABB VFD Maintain and repair NOV 1250 HP Draw works, driven by ABB

VFD Maintain and repair NOV ST-160 iron roughneck, Maintain and repair National 2200 HP Mud Pumps and associated

equipment (blower motors, liner wash motors and pumps and lube oil pumps and motors), driven by ABB VFD

Maintain and repair NOV Pipe Racking System, driven by Siemens VFD

Maintain and repair Friede and Goldman jacking system and associated equipment

Carry out maintenance and repair on all Daiken HVAC equipment on the Rig
