Get ready to experience Mardi Gras, Jones Pond style! Over the
weekend we have an enormous amount of beads to be won, found or
worked for. We are also hosting a best decorated site contest for
our weekend campers (cabins, t e n t e r s , g u e s t h o u s e ,
bunkhouses, etc) which will be judged at noon on Saturday. Great
prices to be won! Our
weekend starts off with Mardi Gras Bingo in the Barn on Friday
night. Bingo winners will get an extra bonus prize from the 100
block! We follow bingo with our Friday night dance and our
campfire. On Saturday morning join us for our weekly park walk,
this week lead by Ranger Alan. After the walk at 11am we have Mardi
Gras Poolside Games. Put on your swim suit (or not) and meet us at
the pool. Then, at 1:30pm sharp we present our Golf C a r t P a r a
d e . W e encourage all golf car owners to participate. Meet in the
100’s at 1:15pm. All carts head to the barn at 2pm for our Mardi
Gras Party. Free food, drinks, raffles and games with some amazing
prizes to be won! At 10pm Saturday it’s our Glow Party. Paint
yourself with fluorescent paints and come glow under the black
lights in the barn with DJ Ben. Join in the Mardi Gras fun this
weekend at Jones Pond …. Matt & Bryan
