Definition

1. "PIC" shall mean the person in charge of the activity.

2. "Society" shall mean the Mathematics Society, SS, HKUSU.

3. "Executive Committee" shall mean the Executive Committee of

the Society, Session 2011-2012.

4. "Department" shall mean the Department of Mathematics, The

University of Hong Kong.

Warning Signal is hoisted or in force, all the indoor functions will

continue while outdoor functions will be suspended, postponed

or cancelled.
