FLUSH IMMEDIATELY WITH RUNNING WATER holding eyelids apart to ensure flushing of the entire eye surface.Washing eyes within one minute is essential to achieve maximum effectiveness. SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICALATTENTION if irritation persists.

Remove person from contaminated area to fresh air. Resuscitate and/or administer oxygen as necessary. Seek medicalattention. Seek medical attention.

If swallowed, call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. If possible, vomiting should be induced under medicalsupervision as product contains a cholinesterase inhibitor and petroleum-based solvent. If conscious, drink 1 or 2 glassesof water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat with finger. DO NOT induce vomiting or give anything by mouth ifperson is unconscious.

NOTES TO PHYSICIAN: This product contains a cholinesterase inhibitor, a petroleum-based solvent and phenol. Theactive ingredients are organophosphates and inactivate both plasma and RBC cholinesterase. Atropine sulfate byinjection is antidotal and may be administered in conjunction with 2-PAM (Pralidoxime chloride). Contraindicated aresubstances such as morphine, adrenaline or tranquilizers. Gastric lavage is recommended over induction of vomiting dueto enhanced risk of chemically-induced pneumonia resulting from aspiration of petroleum-based solvent.

Wash contaminated skin with soap and water IMMEDIATELY. Remove contaminated clothing and footwear immediately.Discard footwear and clothing which cannot be decontaminated. SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION if irritationpersists.

Absorbed through skin. Eye contact. Inhalation. Ingestion.

Can cause eye damage. Poisonous if swallowed, absorbed through skin or eyes. Harmful if inhaled. May produce acutecholinesterase depression. Signs and symptoms of overexposure include burning of skin and mouth, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, excessive sweating, salivation, tearing, constricted pupils, blurred vision, tightnessin chest, weakness, muscle twitching and confusion. In extreme cases of exposure, unconsciousness, convulsions andsevere respiratory depression may occur.

Causes lowered cholinesterase levels increasing vulnerability to cholinesterase depression. Repeated inhalation or skincontact may, without symptoms, progressively increase susceptibility to organophosphate insecticide poisoning. Chronicpoisoning can cause damage to kidneys or liver and may be fatal.MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Pre-existing conditions which lowercholinesterase levels increase vulnerability to cholinesterase depression such as (for plasma) genetic cholinesterasedeficiency, advanced liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrion, dermatomyositis, and (for RBC) hemolytic anemias. The substance is toxic to eyes. Repeated or prolonged exposure to the substance can produce target organs damage.
