Beer is healthy due to 2 main elements: 1. Alcohol and the components that it it’s made of.

• Beer is fat free and cholesterol free.

• Decreases the chances of strokes, heart and vascular disease and cognitive decline.

• Decreases coronary heart disease.

• “Boosts” the brain.

• Low alcoholic have anti-cancer properties.

• Contains nutrients, including magnesium, selenium, potassium, phosphorus, biotin, and B vitamins.

• Beer has a relaxing effect on the body thereby reducing stress.

• Improves blood circulation.
