The Mastery Leadership Institute is dedicated to developing

inspired leadership skills built upon meaningful and intentional

use of student data.

The MLI is a comprehensive and collaborative program

designed to develop high-impact leaders through targeted

professional development and a unique learning community.

Working Leadership Retreat The MLI program begins with an intensive retreat. Institute members will be

immersed in full-day workshops focused on strategies to effectively use data to

target interventions, personalize learning, and evaluate instructional efficacy with

our proprietary ITS Model. Members become part of a dedicated cohort led by a

veteran and nationally recognized educator.

Series of Online Coaching Sessions Institute members will reconnect with their cohort for monthly interactive, online

coaching sessions facilitated by the cohort leader. These sessions are specifically

designed to promote accountability, provide ongoing professional development and

support, and fuel collaboration around specific challenges.
