Graduate programmes
The Bertelsmann Entrepreneurs Program will be of interest to applicants that completed a university degree with honours and in a very brief period of time, have already acquired career experience and perhaps additional qualifications such as a doctoral degree or an MBA. The custom-tailored program takes up to 18 months to complete, during which a variety of entrepreneurial projects are carried out in various Bertelsmann divisions worldwide (print, publishing, television, the music business as well as a wide range of service offers). Participants are supported by the Management Development Team and acquire well-founded insight into the corporate structure and culture at Bertelsmann. In addition, regular alumni meetings are held to enable the participants to expand their network. Masters graduates may also be interested in Executive Assistant (to a board member) roles. Bertelsmann offers a range of programmes, including internships which, although are not necessarily aimed at master graduates, may be of interest to those interested candidates with limited work experience. Masters programmes
There are no MBA or Masters programs in place, however, candidates with relevant work experience are recruited into direct hire roles such as Research Associates or Analysts.
Graduate programmes The Bloomberg Careers website has an overview of all the full-time roles graduates are recruited into. This includes Corporate Functions, Sales and Analytics, Global Data, Engineering and Intelligence research. Graduates are advised to search current opportunities online by choosing “Students & Graduates” in the filters column.
Internships Bloomberg L.P. runs seven Internships programs aimed at undergraduate and post-graduate candidates. Programs run between 8 to 16 weeks depending on the function. Programs include Corporate Functions, Financial Products, Industry Verticals, Global Data, News, Research and Technology. The recruiting season for North America is generally October-March, for EMEA September-April and for Asia-Pacific October-April.

Masters programmes Comcast runs a 2-year fast-paced rotational program in a finance development role. The CORE
Finance Rotational Program will allow successful applicants to explore different areas and departments within Comcast & NBCUniversal, while traveling and working in 2-3 different cities. The program is open to those with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. As well as the Finance Program, there is a two-year Rotational Leadership Program, although this is aimed at MBA graduates with 5+ years’ experience. Participants in the program will have access to cross-functional projects in leading edge areas such as Digital Media, Product Development, Operations, Research, and Strategy & Planning. The CORE Technology Rotational Program, aimed at both Bachelor and Masters graduates, is a unique opportunity to experience three different full-time technology positions within Comcast & NBCUniversal over the course of two years. The first rotation will be a one-year assignment, while the second and third rotation will each be six months in duration. Comcast/NBC businesses have links to their own career sites.
