    The Vice Chancellor has been pleased to approve the following admission schedule

    and schedule for Registration Return for M.A / M.Sc, M.Com, B.Ed, MBA(Regular, Executive),

    JDPE, ADCP & LLM classes (Session 2013-2014) Except M.Ed programs for session

    2013-14

    (A) ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR ANNUAL SYSTEM PROGRAMS

    1. Date of commencement of admissions 02-09-2013

    2. Date for closing of admissions 31-10-2013

    3. Last dates for deposit of university dues 01-11-2013

    4. Return submission period without extra charges 02-11-2013 to 18-11-2013

    5. Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.100/- per student 19-11-2013 to 02-12-2013

    6. Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.300/- per student 03-12-2013 to 17-12-2013

    @ Rs. 400/- per student (Payable to the University) (Both days inclusive)

    1) Return submission period without extra charges 02-01-2014 to 15-01-2014

    2) Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.100/- per student 16-01-2014 to 31-01-2014

    3) Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.300/- per student 01-02-2014 to 14-02-2014

    4) Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.500/- per student 15-02-2014 to 03-03-2014

    ii) Dates for admission with late fee 01-01-2014 to 31-01-2014@ Rs.500/- per student to avoid real hardship (Both days inclusive)cases (Payable to the University) with the permissionof the Vice-Chancellor on University prescribed forms.

    Last dates for deposit of university dues 03-02-2014

    2) Return submission with extra charges/Fine @ Rs.100/- per student 19-02-2014 to 04-03-2014

    Note: No return will be accepted after 04 April, 2014 whatsoever is the case.

    (C) ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR MBA (Regular, Executive) / M.COM/ LLM UNDER TERMSYSTEM PROGRAMS OF M.A/M.Sc LEVEL

    1. Date of commencement of admissions 02-09-2013

    2. Date for closing of admissions 15-10-2013

    3. Last dates for deposit of university dues 19-10-2013

    4. Commencement of classes 15-10-2013

    5. Mid term examination / conducted by affiliated colleges 09 to 16 Dec, 2013

    6. Final term examination conducted by the university As announced by Controller of Examination

    7. Term Break 01-03-2014 to 31-03-2014

    Note: No late admission is allowed under term system. Moreover, no supplementary case i.e; onesubject fail admission shall be accepted under term system.

    D) SECOND TERM SCHEDULE

    1. Commencement of classes 01.04.2014

    2. Mid term 15-05-2014 to 22-05-2014

    3.Final Term examination As announced by Controller of Examination

    5. UNIVERSITY DUES

    a) The Registration/Enrollment/Sports fee/Collection Fund shall be charged at the following

    rates from the colleges for this session 2013-2014 along with Registration Return:-

    Registration fee: Rs. 2000/- per student

    (Payable only once & non-refundable)

    Sports fee: (Annual System) Rs.100x No of yearsper student (to be deposited at once)

    (Term / Semester System) Rs.200x No of yearsper student (to be deposited at once)Enrollment fee: Rs.450x No of yearsper student (to be deposited at once)

    (Enrollment fee from Private Colleges Affiliated with University of Sargodha to be

    deposited at once along with Registration Return)

    Collection Fund: As per the decision of the Syndicate University of Sargodha made in its meeting held

    on 08-07-2010, following amounts shall be charged from the received income of the

    private affiliated colleges as university share:-

    i) M.A / M.Sc Rs.1000/- per [email protected]/- To be deposited alongwith registration dues

    ii) JDPE Rs.500/-per student To be deposited alongwith registration dues

    ii) B.Ed Rs.1000/- per student per student To be deposited alongwith registration dues

    iii) M.Com Rs.4000/- per student @ Rs.2000/-per annum

    iv) MBA Regular(3 years) Rs. 17500/- per student @ Rs.5000/- per annum

    v) MBA Executive(2 years) Rs. 10000/- per student per annum @ Rs.5000/- per annum

    v) LLM Rs.10000/- per student @ Rs.5000/- per annumTo be deposited alongwith registration dues

    vi) ADCP Rs.10000/- per student To be deposited alongwith registration dues

    vii) M.Sc IT Rs.4000/- per student@ Rs.2000/- per annum

    Collection fund for the first year/term of all disciplines (excluding M.A/MSc/JDPE/LLM) has to

    be deposited withregistration fee, sports fee and enrollment fee. However collection fund for

    subsequent years may be deposited within 10 days of the announcement of result of the

    preceding year. For M.A/MSc/JDPE/LLM collection fund for whole program has to be

    deposited at once alongwith registration dues.. University share for one year programshall

    be deposited at the time of submission of registration return.

    Other Dues: As notified separately for each college.

    b) The university dues regarding Registration Return must be deposited in HBL university of

    Sargodha Account No.04237900379501on or before the due date of each category, failing

    which the next category will be implemented.

    Note:

    University dues for each discipline should be deposited on separate challan forms.The challan

    form must bear the detail of discipline and break up of fee. The excess amount shall not be

    transferred to other discipline in any case.

    20 % surcharge per monthwill be received on arrears of the registration/enrollment/sports fee and

    university share if any.

    6. ELIGIBILITY

    i. Admission of candidates with compartments and supplementaryexam in the same academic year

    is not allowed.

    ii. In case of AIOUstudents only those students will be eligible to get admission for session 2013-14

    who have completed their previous degree by fall 2013 or earlier.

    iii. In case of students holding degree of Shahadatul Almiya Fil Uloomal Arabia wal Islamia ,

    seeking admission in B.ED , they would be required to qualify in two additional elective subjects

    other than Arabic and Islamic Studies at the B.A level from University. Further they would also have

    to qualify in the compulsory subjects of Pakistan Studies and Islamic Studies at B.A level.

    iv. Upper age limitfor admissions at Master level has been fixed at 30 yearsfor affiliated govt/ private

    colleges. Service certificates must be provided for over age students.

    Note:

    All documents (degrees, NOC, service certificates, Registration form) must be submitted along with

    registration return. No student shall be issued registration number provisionally or otherwise in

    absence of NOC.

    It is strongly discouraged that ineligible admissions be made by affiliated colleges. For every

    ineligible student included in registration return Rs. 500/- shall be charged as processing fee.

    7. REGISTRATION RETURN SCHEDULEi. The Return should be submitted on new proforma provided by the Registration Branch, University of

    Sargodha.

    ii. The return should be typed. Hand written return shall not be accepted. Moreover Covering Letter

    must be enclosed bearing all the details of registration return in summarized form. (No. of students,

    Amount deposited, Challan/draft no., Date)

    iii. All the columns of the Return should be carefully filled in. The incomplete Registration return shall

    not be accepted.

    iv. The return of already registered students of the UOS may be submitted separately as last page of

    the Registration Return proforma.

    v. The Registration Return (the list of the admitted students on the prescribed proforma along with

    deposit slips of Registration / Enrollment / Sports fee and University Share, shall be submitted

    within 14 daysfrom the last date of admission of each category.

    vi. After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category, the Registration Return shall be

    submitted with fine at the following rates:-

    a) After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.100/- per student.

    b) After 30 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.300/- per student.

    c) After 45 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.500/- per student.vii. After the expiry of 60 days from the last date of admission Registration Return from any of the

    affiliated colleges shall not be accepted. However in special cases considering the genuineness of

    delay , registration return may be accepted with special fine @ following rates provided that at least

    two monthsare left for the annual examination.

    a) Within 30days of expiry of schedule: Rs.2000/- Per student plus Rs.5000/- per discipline

    b)Within 60days of expiry of schedule: Rs.3000/- Per student plus Rs.5000/- per discipline

    c)Within 90days of expiry of schedule: Rs.5000/- Per student plus Rs.5000/- per discipline

    d) After 90 days of expiry of admission schedule registration return will not be accepted at any

    ground.

    Note:

    For admission under category late admission with the permission of Vice-Chancellor, late

    admission formsshall be provided by the Registration Branch @ Rs.25 per form,which shall be

    collected by the Institutions concerned after deposit of prescribed fee.

    In case of submission of registration return after expiry of admission schedule affiliated colleges shall

    submit attendance recordof the student.

    The discrepancies, if any, will be communicated to the colleges via letter. Affiliated colleges must

    remove these discrepancies within 15 days of receipt of letter or ask for extension giving the

    genuine reason. Beyond 15 days registration return shall be treated as new and calculation of dues

    and fine shall be made accordingly

    No admission can be withdrawn once the registration return has been submitted to the university.

    The Principals of Affiliated Colleges are requested to follow the above mentioned schedule and

    instructions in letter and spirit.
