Ross Leadbetter As a team learning expert and recent PhD candidate, Ross has paired vast practical experience as a coach, educator, administrator, and learning facilitator with an academic immersion in a wide variety of research covering the interdisciplinary areas of education, business and sport management, psychology, learning theory, change theory, systems thinking, knowledge creation theory, and more. Ross has made the most of his background, and he creates for his clients an engaging, enriching learning experience. His area of expertise is in understanding team learning. Ross believes that the greatest potential for innovation, creativity, and growth of a team and organization comes from knowledge created through a sound team learning process.
