STEP #1:
The raw material which is used tomake YARN in this factory isknown as ACHLERIC FIBER ,imported from Spain, Purtgal,Egypt and Thailand . It is knownas regular and artificial fiber.

STEP #2:
This fiber is in twisted and net shape, which is very difficult tobreak by hand, so it is broken andseparated by BREAKERMACHINE . This breaker isincluded three sub breaker used tobreak, separate and clean the fiber.
At this stage the output is calledACHLERIC TOE

STEP #3:
After that this Achleric toe is
passed through a machineknown as GILL BOXES . TheseGill Boxes are used to extract thehumidity from toe.
The output from Gill Boxes iscalled ACHLERIC TOP and it islight weighted and very soft.

STEP #4:
Next step contains FLYER .
Achleric top is placed into Flyerwhich separates each fiber andmakes layers of fiber.
STEP #5:
At 5 th step a machine is used,known as SPINNING FRAME ,in which spindles are used, whichtwists the fiber layer with eachother.

STEP #6:
Then this twisted form of fiber isrolled on CONES and the process isknown as cone winder .
At the end of this process, we get fiber on cones.

This is the stage at which we have
to take decision, whether toconvert the YARN into

Three ply or
Four ply
STEP #8:
At this stage, final form of fiber ispassed through a REALINGPROCESS , to get fiber in shape of HANKS .

STEP #9:
Now these hanks are placed in
AUTO CLAVE MACHINE forsteaming process.
After steaming the Yarnbecomes more soft and readyto use.

STEP #10:
Final form of YARN is ready to
pack in small packets.
STEP #11:
After that these small packets arefurther packed in bail packets.Each bail packet is contained 5small packets.
