I – Information before the application

This document presents you an online application procedure for Master of Science

programs. This procedure is similar for the other program (Advanced Master and Diplôme

Ingénieur). We advise you to consult this guide for following the procedure correctly.

Here is important information concerning the preparation before to start the procedure:

You have to check information on ISAE Masters website: http://masters.isae.fr/fr

- Check the degree required to register (Admission -> Academic prerequisites)

- Check the admission sessions schedule and the admission results date on (Admission ->

Admission schedule)

- Check the financial aid information on (Financing -> Financing aid)

- Check the tuition fees (Financing -> Tuition fees)

- Prepare documents to upload while applying (pdf format):

- copy of your identity card or passport

- curriculum vitae

- copy of your official higher degree or provisional degree or certificate of current attendance at school

- copies of official transcripts from the last ¾ years of higher education (after high school)

- cover letter

- copy of 2 official letters of recommendation

- copy of language certificate less than 2 years old

- copy of all fellowships, scholarships or financial aids

Warning!! You have first to apply for the Master program before applying for the

scholarship program

1 - Choice

You are allowed to make 2 choices:

- 1) Select your 1st choice between MSc AESS & MSc AMA

- 2) Select your 2nd choice

- 3) Click on to validate data and switch to next page

2 - Personal

Personal Data:

- Complete your personal data in accordance with your passport or identity card

Identity documents:

- Complete either National Identity card or Passport

Permanent address:

- Enter the address where you will be sure to receive the official document

Other:

- Should you are military enter yes and complete rank and force

- Should you are civil servant enter yes and enter from which ministry you belong to

- Click on to validate data and switch to next page

3 - Background

Higher Education Background:

- 1) Enter your Higher Education Background data (after high school)

- 2) In Main Field of study column enter your degree domain (Electronics,

Mechanics, Aerospace, Physics, etc.)

- 3) In Degree achieved or in progress enter your degree title (Bachelor of eng.,

Bachelor of tech., Master of science, etc.) and the date of ending

Who does recommend you?

- Enter the complete professional address of the persons who are

recommending you (the same as indicated in your recommendation letters)

Professional experience, internships included:

- Enter your professional experience from the most recent (at the top) to the

oldest (at the bottom)

- Click on to add another experience

- You can enter your internships

- In Current situation section select your position between Student, Employed (only

stable employment and not part time job), Non-Employed or Other

- Enter your GRE score if available (not mandatory)

- Click on to validate data and switch to next page

4 - Languages

- 1) Enter your mother tongue

- 2) In Foreign Language section, Name of institution column, enter the name of

institution where you passed your language test

- 3) Click on to validate data and switch to next page

5 - Funding

Funding of your studies and stay:

- Funding resources column:

- 1) Enter your funding sources for the tuition fees in the 1st line

- 2) Enter your funding sources for living in Subsistence line (knowing that we estimate a minimum of €700/month)

- They may be personal, your family, local government or the French government, companies or others, etc.

- Type of financial aids column:

- 1) Enter what is the type of financial aids (compared with your funding resources in the 1st column) for the tuition fees

- 2) Enter what Is the type of financial aids for living

- They may be institutional grants, scholarships, bank loan, etc.

- Person to contact column:

- For Tuition fees line and Subsistence line, enter the person (E-mail and phone Nr) who is the referent of your funding resources

- Enter the other universities you are applying for

- Select item to explain how you find out about ISAE-SUPAERO

- Click on to validate funding data and switch to next page

6 - Documents

- 1) Find on your disk the document to upload

- 2) Select item according to the document you want to upload

- 4) Click on to upload it

- 5) Switch page to validate the page when all documents are uploaded and

appears

- appears in green color if all documents required are uploaded or

else Documents Missing appears with the type of missing document

Warning!!

- All documents have to be a scan of official documents (signed by professors/manager for

recommendation letters, signed and stamped by university for others, signed by yourself in

case of cover letter)

- You have to upload 2 different letters of recommendation, it means you have to select

twice letter of recommendation item and upload letters

- You have to upload your 3-4 years Bachelor degree marks (2 years Master degree marks)

- You have to upload the last higher degrees only (Bachelor and/or Master degree). It

could be a copy of your official degree or a provisional degree or a certificate of current

attendance at school

- To pay online click on

7 - Payment

- To pay by cheque or bank transfer click in to download the application payment form

- Upload your proof of payment by selecting the pdf file (the file you have received

after online payment or the receipt of your bank after transfer operation)

8 - Validation

- Select …

- Click on to check all your information

- Click on to validate your application file

- You can return to all tabs to change your information if you need it

Warning!! Incomplete application files and files without application fees payment, won’t

be considered

- should appears at the end of page to enable the validation button

- If appears go back to Background page to provide

information about the persons who recommend you

9 – Scholarship application

- Check the financial aid information on (Financing -> Financing aid)

- Click on

- Tick the scholarship for which you are applying for

- Select item to explain how did you find information about scholarships

- Enter your score and maximum score regarding your CGPA

- Enter your rank and the number of ranking students

- For Personal, Background and Languages : you don’t need to give your information, these

are the same for the application to the Masters

- In Documents, your CV and the copy of your identity card or passport are already

downloaded

- You have to upload your statement of your career plan and the reason of your scholarship

application (use one page for each scholarship program)

- Find on your disk the document to upload

- Select Statement of your career plan item

- Click on to upload it

III - Information after the application

- Masters admission results will appear on the Choice page of your application account:

- If you are admitted, you will receive an admission letter by email and post mail

- If you are not admitted, you will receive a refusal letter by email and post mail. You cannot apply again on the same year

- After receiving your admission letter you will have to confirm your admission before

deadline:

1. Connect your application account and fill in the new pages 2. Confirm your admission by paying the €1,000 deposit and validate

Warning: deadline!!

- If you pay the €1,000 deposit before the deadline and validate your registration file, you

are fully registered at ISAE-SUPAERO

- If you don’t pay the €1,000 deposit before the deadline, your admission is automatically

canceled and your seat will be available for the other applicants on the next admission

session!!

Finally:

- You will receive registration letter and accommodation information by email and post mail.

- Book your room as soon as possible (inside or outside Campus)
