Issues such as enterprise bargaining, diversity, globalisation, multi-skilling, occupational health and safety, EEO, inclusiveness and employee involvement are forcing practitioners to take an integrated, strategic view of HRM. The Master of Human Resource Management degree reflects this enhanced role for human resource professionals and line managers.
