How can we obtain (get) newspapers?

- we can buy them (at the newsagent´s, kiosk, newsstand)

- we can subscribe to them- and they are delivered to our houses by

a postman or a newspaper boy(girl)- we can read them on the Internet

newspapers are published daily, at weekends magazines – once a week or a month

There are different sorts of articles on economics, politics, social life, sports editorials (giving the personal opinion of the editor about st)

1. Serious newspapers /broadsheets/ the quality press - articles there are written in a serious manner, news are objective

contain more text than pictures pay more attention to the government
