NO RELIGIOUS ED CLASS TODAY FOR PRE-K THROUGH 8TH GRADES

CLASSES RESUME SUNDAY, MARCH 31

The Rice Bowl Collection Continues!Christyan DhathCroos is from Sri Lanka, but spent half of his life in India. It’s where he fled at age 14 during the Sri Lanka’s civil war. By the time he returned to his homeland, Christyan was 30, and his family’s farm was in shambles. CRS is helping him and others like him to rebuild their lives and revitalize their farms. Christyan is now growing rice, pumpkin and peanuts. He can give his family things he never had, like an education.

Consider giving to CRS and helping people around the world!

The Religious Ed department is collecting NEW Plastic Easter Eggs and Easter Candy for the Mid Ohio Worker’s Association. The Knights of Columbus will assist us in hosting an Easter Brunch and Egg Hunt for the families of MOW. These families have jobs but find it difficult to raise a family on minimum wage. Please be generous with your donations and drop them off to the Church Vestibule or the Religious Ed office by Sunday, April 7.

Thank you in advance for your generosity!

LENTEN JOURNEY FOR FAMILIES: The diocesan offices for Social Concerns and Marriage and Family Life have teamed up to provide a Lenten journey for families: three ways to grow together – prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. A Family Mission Rosary can help families discover their own missions and deepen their relationships with God, Mary, and each other. The Lenten journey focuses on fasting from distractions in your home by dedicating one day of the week to a family “day of rest.” Finally, you can share your Lenten journey with members of our human family here and around the world through Catholic Relief Services’ Rice Bowl. More details can be found on the diocesan website https://columbuscatholic.org/family-ministry-enrichment or call 614-241-2540.
