Based on Discussion with Mike kenney, the flow chart for Detox Plant, as below. Sediment Ponds Overflow from HDP Coagulant Lime Floculant Water Discharge in to River Requested by DOE, Sediment will settle in the "Submit calculation basis for the design of the proposed effluent treatment methods include the ability and capacity for effluent treatment ponds by enclosing the pool design in detail, taking into account the mass balance calculation for the volume of effluent entering and exiting the volume of effluent" So, I need to find calculation for chemical dosage , inlet flow of water , outflow of the water into river and quantity of the sludge to settle into solution pond TSF pond Waste Treatment Plant Solution Pond
