Formulation & Brush

Mascaras are a marriage of formula and brush + wiper + stem.

Is your formulation developed for volume, lengthening, curling, separation, or all-in-one? The key is selecting a brush designed to maximize those claims.

Fat Full Lashes: A full, fat brush with long, dense bristles to apply maximum formula is best for adding volume and lifting.

Definition and Separation: The more finely spaced the bristles, the more separating/defining the result. Often with tiny, evenly spaced teeth that act like a comb.

Curly Lashes: A curved brush helps curl lashes as they dry.

“DOLL EYES” Lower Lashes: slim brushes work on your lower lashes to achieve a 20s look.

False Lashes Effect: Pointy brushes have a tapered tip that allow you to build up lashes and add volume.

Precision Lashes: Spherical or bobble headed brushes that work on just a few lashes at a time allow you to be quite specific. A tapered brush is also great for precision, reaching corner lashes for all over coverage.
