DESCRIPTIoNThe men’s program at Mayanot offers-a uniqueapproach to Jewish education that combinesa highly academic curriculum with inspiringJewishlifeexperiences,openingrichanddiversepossibilitiesforJewishexpression.TheBetMidrashProgramsetsgoalsforacquiringtextualskillsandachieving self sufficiency in independent studyand emphasizes advanced study of the Talmud,Jewish Law and Chassidut as well as critical,in-depth analysis of their supporting texts andcommentaries. Classes in the Bet Midrash trackare generally two hours long, are comprised ofchevruta (study partner) style learning and afollow-upclass.
