CONGREGATIONAL CARE A Service of Hope and Healing is set for 6 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Chapel. The purpose of this service

is to provide Marvin members and friends a spe-cial time for reflection and comfort concerning the grief that has been experienced during the year. This service will provide guidance and space to encourage healing especially during the Christmas season. Special readings, prayers and singing will be included in the program.

Following the service, there will be an informal time of guided discussion in the church parlor. Conversation will focus on helpful ways of living with grief during the Christmas season. Handouts will be available with practical suggestions re-garding grief during the holidays.
