1.REQUIREMENTS

1.1GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS are our requests for senior officers/engineers of our AFRAMAX tankers in addition to regal requirements. 1.1.1 MASTER (1) Experience as Master of the AFRAMAX tanker (2) In the case no experience as Master of AFRAMAX tanker, both of following items should be satisfied

- Double up more than 1-voyage - Experience as C/O of AFRAMAX tanker

(3) Completion of the course of BRM (Bridge Resource Management) training (Others)

- Prohibit making crew-change with C/E in same time - Prohibit making crew-change with C/O in same time

1.1.2 C/O (1) Experience as C/O of AFRAMAX tanker (2) In the case no experience as C/O of FAFRAMAX tanker, both of following items should be satisfied

- Double up more than 1-voyage - Experience as 2/O of AFRAMAX tanker

(Others) - Prohibit making crew-change with Master in same time

1.1.3 C/E (1) Experience as C/E of tanker with diesel main engine 10,000BHP or more

(2) In the case no experience as C/E of the tanker, following item should be satisfied - Experience as 1/E of tanker with diesel main engine 10,000BHP or more

(Others) - Prohibit making crew-change with Master in same time - Prohibit making crew-change with 1/E in same time

1.1.4 1/E (1) Experience as 1/E of tanker with diesel main engine 10,000BHP or more

(2) In the case no experience as 1/E of tanker, following items should be satisfied - Experience as 2/E of tanker with diesel main engine 10,000BHP or more

(Others) - Prohibit making crew-change with C/E in same time

2.REQUIREMENTS FOR BLIEFING SCHEDULE (1) Make good arrangements in advance about the briefing of New Officers. (2) Our briefing is intended for Master, C/O and C/E. (3) Submit Master, C/O and C/E's personal history when you make a briefing schedule. (4) Pay attention to avoid overlap the same PIC of both TANKCRU and MARTANKER for briefing

schedule.
