For early corresponding to the charterer's inquiry, the vessel should inform NYK Tanker Management Team to

submit latest vessel's data by the OCIMF VPQ and NYK Questionnaire (1) when vessel was hired by NYK and

every year on 1st April.

And also submit NYK Questionnaire (2) if the vessel had any change to the contents.
