Communications links between ISC’s and NFP’S

However, communications from ISC’s to National Focal Points will vary depending on the available infrastructure in each country. Full advantage of modern technology should be exploited to provide a fast, secure means of distributing and receiving information from each NFP. Examples can include Secure internet login via ISN

This is suitable for an NFP that can provide 24/7 monitoring capability, for example a Coast guard HQ
