Mars BRM – Portal Introduction Guide In this guide, you will learn how to do the following:

1. Register and create an account on the Mars Risk & Resiliency portal 2. Change your password 3. Access Steps 1 and 2 of the Five Steps to Green

How to Create a Portal Account To create an account in the Risk & Resiliency portal and login to your site, please follow the below steps:

1. To create an account, first go to bcmportal.com and click Register

2. After clicking Register, fill out the registration form. Instructions are in the new window. For the Program field, select Business Recovery Management (BRM) or All if you are involved in ACM or CALM.

3. If you already have a user account, select Reset Password on the login page.

4. After registering/resetting your password, a new password will be sent to your email. After entering your username and password, you will access the home page.

How to Change Your Password

1. Login and go to the portal home page, select Help

2. Select the gray box Change Password

In the new window, enter your new password

How to Access Your Site

1. After logging into bcmportal.com, hover over the Business Recovery tab and select Sites & Plans.

2. Select your plan on the right side of the page. You may only have one site (this user in the screenshot has access to many sites)

3. You have reached your site and now have access to your plans, Five Steps to Green status, and other documentation.
