licensed premises, convenience store, garage and a Church of Scotland.

Secondary school provision is available at Banff Academy or The Gordon

A train station at Huntly provides a regular service for commuters to
Aberdeen. Both neighbouring towns of Banff and Huntly have medical
practices, hospitals, dental practices, and supermarkets. In addition to
swimming pools, river walks and a wide range of sports facilities, there
are many scenic locations, historic buildings and traditional fishing
harbours to visit in the area. Excellent fishing and golfing opportunities
are also available.
Grounds
The subjects occupy a predominantly level site with grounds surrounding the church. This ground is free of burials or gravestones and there’s a standing stone which
is a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
Completing the subjects, there is a narrow strip of undeveloped ground which is situated to the opposite side of the public road, between the road and a neighbouring
field.
There is a piece of land adjacent to the Old Church extending to approximately 0.69 acres (0.28 hectares), which may be available to purchase under a separate private
agreement. If a purchaser does acquire the additional ground then, depending on their intended use of it, the sellers reserve the right to impose a development value
uplift provision as a condition of the sale of the ground, whereby they would share in any uplift in value due to development of it, within a period of 20 years.
Both pieces of land can be seen on the plan above.
