REGISTERING IS EASY!All you need is your customer account number, your business telephone number and the zip code of your billing address. Once registered, you can access the following information:
• Contract Summary • Payment Information
• Payment History • Insurance Information
• Amount Due • Equipment Information

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CUSTOMER CARE:Please refer to Figures on the back of this brochure.
STEP 1. Once you have reached Customer Care, the first screen that you will see is the Login Screen. Simply click on Login. (See Fig. A)
STEP 2. Register by Clicking on the Enroll as a first time customer link at the bottom of the Login Screen. (See Fig. B)
STEP 3. Type in your First Name, Last Name and Email (See Fig. C). Create a Login Name and Password.
STEP 4. Select a Password Question and Password Answer. (See Fig. C)
STEP 5. Enter your Customer Account Number. You can locate your Customer Account Number on the front of your invoice in the top right hand corner under the Remittance Section. (See Fig.C)
STEP 6. Enter your Billing Zip Code. You can also locate
this on the front of your invoice. (See Fig.C)
STEP 7. Enter your Contact Phone Number. (See Fig.C)
STEP 8. Click on the Submit Button to complete the registration. (See Fig.C)
NOTE: Once registered, if you forget your Login or Password information, click on the Forgot Password link.
