VYNADEEP® GUTTER SYSTEMQUALITY BUILT, RELIABLY SIMPLE.
Manufactured from an unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC), Marley VYNADEEP® offers a robust, half round gutterline profile with concealed brackets featuring round downpipes and an elastomer sealing system.
Simple, safe and easy installation are what make the VYNADEEP® range ideal for application in rural areas as well as in the assembly of rainwater harvesting systems. Gutters are extruded in long, light weight lengths, saving both time and money, and injection moulded to ensure uniform shape and a high quality finish that provides ex-cellent flow characteristics.
The system is also available with a number of fittings which are supplied with a patent-ed, pre-fixed rubber sealing gasket to ensure simple and quick watertight joints which also have the ability to control thermal movement.
Marley VYNADEEP® carries a 10-year warranty, provided installations conform to Mar-ley’s instructions.

STREAMLINE DOUBLE-FLO® GUTTER SYSTEMPERFECTING THE ART OF ROOF DRAINAGE
The Marley Streamline Double-Flo® System offers a clean, uncluttered, square profiled gutterline with concealed brackets. The complete system is manufactured from a light weight unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC), making it durable and long lasting.
Time qualified features such as an elastomeric gutter sealing system allow watertight joints to be made quickly, and generously radiussed outlets and gutter angles ensure optimum flow at all times.
Gutters are extruded in long lengths for more economical installation. In addition, fittings are injection moulded ensuring uniform shape, close tolerances and compatibility with gutters. The full system is self-coloured white with a smooth, glossy finish and can be moulded or extruded to suit project requirements.
The Marley Streamline Double-Flo® System carries a 10-year warranty, provided installa-tions conform to Marley’s instructions.
Parts 11 are optional to extend the downpipe bend where wide
fascia boards are encountered.

Marley Fascia and Barge Boards are made from superior formulated uPVC foam using the latest technology. INSTALLATIONMarley’s rainwater range of products is designed for ease of installation, minimal maintenance and maximum efficiency. When installed correctly, they can provide watertight joints that offer many years of reliable use un-der normal operating conditions.
uPVC offers many advantages for installation. Its light weight simplifies handling and storage, and the materi-al construction makes it easier to cut, easy to joint and clean to work with.
For both the VYNADEEP® and Streamline Double-Flo® gutter range, the principle of push-fit assembly is
used, eliminating the need for expen-sive tooling and reducing installation times considerably.

Can fittings be made for different angles?

Yes, special angles may be fabri-cated to order (see VYNADEEP® Product Range).
VYNADEEP® gutters can alter-natively be installed with 80mm square downpipes from the Mar-ley Streamline Double-Flo range®.
VYNADEEP® gutters are clipped in from the top.
VYNADEEP® gutter materials are guaranteed for 10 years provided that they are installed in accor-dance with Marley’s instructions. Please note that the use of unap-proved components in an instal-lation would void the warranty.

What maintenance is required for Marley Fascia and Barge Boards?
Are fittings available for Marley Fascia and Barge Boards?
Material design means that Fascia and Barge Boards do not need to be painted, and can be easily cleaned with warm soapy water.
Yes, end caps are available to provide a clean finish and screw packs are included.
Fascia and Barge Boards can easily be cut with a hacksaw or any saw with a fine blade. NB: Do not use a cutting disc or grinder.
Your Fascia and Barge Boards are guaranteed for 10 years, provided that they are installed in accordance with Marley’s instruc-tions.
The cellular structure of the Fas-cia and Barge Boards absorbs expansion in extreme heat, mini-mising expansion allowances.
What is the best way to cut Marley Fascia and Barge Boards to the required size?
