MSC/Cir 1206) across all ports and shipyards in China with the Head Office in Hong Kong (Address: Room 702 Fortress Tower, 250 King’s Road, Northpoint, Hong Kong

SAR, China.) and a workshop in Huangpu, China (Address: No.30 Dayuan Street, Xinhua Road, Huangpu

District, Guangzhou City Guangdong Province, 510725, PR China.) This new lifeboat & launching appliance Service Company is a subsidiary of Marland Technical Services Ltd., a company found since 1988 as an internationally reputed name in the marine service field, which including lifeboat manufacturing under the name of Wuxi Hai Hong Boat Making Co., Ltd. and Hai Hong Boat Making Co., Ltd. which has now became Fassmer-Marland Ltd. after the joint venture with the German lifeboat manufacturing pioneer – Fr. Fassmer GmbH. Co. KG. Service engineers of MBS were selected from our associated lifeboat factory and / or former superintendents and survyors. They were all trained by different lifeboat and launching appliance makers and authorized to issue certificate by our approved manufacturers. They are experienced with vast knowledge on FRP lifeboat construction and hook release system.
