Universal Underpacking Sheet for highest Print QualityHighline is a versatile, universal underpacking sheet with ”sandwich“ design, developed for high-speed commercial and rotary presses. Thanks to its excellent features, it ensures top printing quality.
Highline consists of a marks-3zet calibrated underpacking sheet carrier with a polyurethane top layer which easily absorbs and com-pensates machine vibrations – an important benefit in view of high speed printing presses and increasing performance requirements.
In addition, Highline reduces vibrations and is highly resistant to smashes, swelling and solvents. It is a soft and flexible underpa-cking sheet with outstanding durability, is environment friendly and economical.
Reliable and versatile
Highline can be used both as a single sheet and as cover sheet for underpacking materials consisting of paper or foil. As a cover sheet, Highline provides extra stability, support and compressi-bility.
To gain maximum benefit of its features, always place Highline directly below the rubber blanket, with the PU-layer pointing upwards. If a particularly soft cylinder cover is desired, you may also use two Highline sheets.
Like all underpacking materials from marks-3zet, Highline is en-tirely made in the EU and complies to the highest industry and environmental standards.
Highline is available in all formats and can be delivered in thicknesses of 0.4 mm and 0.5 mm.
