Over/Under RunsWe try to produce your order in the exact quantity specified, but it is not always possible. We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 8% over or under the desired quantity.

Electronic Art/E-MailWhile vector art from Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator are the preferred file formats that we accept, we can work with just about any file you send. We can convert bmps, jpegs, gifs and even faxed copies to vector art for a minimal charge. Just ask us about it. If you are sending an electronic file, please convert all text to curves or outlines. The art department uses Macintosh & IBM systems but cannot guarantee the compatibility of art. For best results, files should be saved in EPS file format. Fax a hard copy of imprint for verification. Please add art prep & shipping time.

Cancellation PolicyAll orders once acknowledged and then cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge. The minimum charge is $25.00 and varies depending upon the status of the order in our plant when cancelled. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks.
