2. Selected few through our “Online or Offline Marketing Partner Program”.

Marketing Partner: Our referral program where a client gets to refer new business to us through

our sales automation tool on ZLM. Once the lead is in our system, our sales team will coordinate

with the contact and help him open an account. As an incentive for the client we share with him

10% of all the brokerage generated from all the new clients referred by him. This program is open

for all our clients and we have more than 3000 clients who actively take part in our

“Marketing Partner”. Instead of spending on advertisements we have decided to grow our

business in an organic way using word-of-mouth advertising from our happy & satisfied clients

who are also motivated because of the earnings that we share with them.

Work Profile:

If we partner, it is most likely either because you have an existing database of clients/prospects or

you have an idea which could potentially yield a database of prospects. In either case, the following

will explain the process to be followed:

1. You will update all your prospects as leads on our ZLM through the ZLM ID which will be

created for you. If you intend to capture the leads through your website, we will provide

you with an online form/link which will directly update the same on our ZLM. A lead will be

qualified by the mobile number and/or email ID.

2. Once on the ZLM, this lead will be mapped under you and as long as (less than 6

months from when the lead is updated on the ZLM) this lead opens an account using

the same mobile number and/or email id, he would be treated as your client.

3. Once the lead is on the ZLM, you can either call him/her to open an account or use the

sales person/team assigned to you by Zerodha for the same.

4. Coordinate with our sales/account opening team to ensure that the account is opened and a

demo is given on how to use the trading platform.

5. As explained before, for an online Marketing Partner we share the networking benefit that

traditional franchisee business doesn’t. What this means is:

If the client you introduced to the business is satisfied with the trading/support experience

at Zerodha, he would most likely introduce new business to us through our Marketing

Partner Program. His reason for introducing could be monetary or not, but we would shareearnings with him based on our Marketing Partner Program. Our past experience has

proved to us that our program does help us get new leads on our ZLM from our existing

clients.What this means to you is that, all the new leads which would be referred by your

clients will automatically get assigned to you as your leads on the sales automation tool on

our ZLM. It will now be yours and our sales team’s responsibility to call and close these

leads. Once the account is opened they will be mapped to you and increase your network

of clients through whom you can yield newer business. With all our existing partnerships,

this has been a key feature for their success.
