Company: Newport Beach & Company Position: Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships Manager Reports To: Senior Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Senior Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, this position will support the Marketing department within Newport Beach & Company. The Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships Manager role will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing programs with Dine Newport Beach partners as well as the organization’s multiple other business units including: Celebrate Newport Beach; Enterprise Newport Beach; Visit Newport Beach, Inc.; and more. This role will cultivate new strategic partnerships, for which specific revenue goals will be set. Furthermore, the position will support the communications team – content writing (e-newsletters, blog, websites, social media posts), media requests, FAM trip assistance, etc. The position requires the ability to bring forth ideas and best practices to position the company’s assets. In addition, candidates need a strong degree of multitasking, a sharp focus for details, an innate sense of urgency and must be clever, thoughtful, and tenacious. The Manager will interact with community and business leaders. Further, the finalist for this position will demonstrate ability to be resourceful, possess strong writing and communication skills, a strong understanding of sales and marketing and be able to work in an entrepreneurial organization. An ability to function independently, with minimal oversight, is necessary. Direct Reports: N/A Dine Newport Beach Marketing Partnerships Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following): Work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to assist with developing, implementing and tracking integrated, marketing campaigns for Dine Newport Beach Act as the day-to-day marketing liaison between the Newport Beach Restaurant Association (NBRA) and Newport Beach & Company Act as the prime steward of Dine Newport Beach to ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing and content channels Oversee the production of Newport Beach Restaurant Week Manage and develop relationships with Dine Newport Beach community partners
