Market The population of Montenegro is about 625.000, with an average number of 2.500 new cars sold. Our company, Alliance, was established in 1993, and it is Official and authorized importer, reseller and service centre for Renault, Dacia and Nissan cars and light commercial vehicles for Montenegro. Alliance has been the leader in the Montenegrin market when it comes to the number of sold cars and our market share, in 2015, was a record-breaking 32.23%. This trend has been increasing for the several past years. Out of the total number of 2.389 sold cars, we managed to sell 770 cars, out of which 420 were Dacia, 244 Renault and 106 Nissan cars. Relevant market research showed that the market position of Alliance is getting stronger every year, that we have potential to deal with all economic challenges of today and that we can remain the leader in terms of car sale and service, which make our position even stronger. Through the dynamic development of the company, Alliance grew into one of the most successful and the most serious car dealer in Montenegro. Our company is founded and organised in an easily recognisable manner and everything we have achieved, it the outcome of hard work of its employees, led by the founder and owner, who has been very successful at the helm of this company, Mr Ratko Pavićević. Alliance, led by the founder and the owner of the Company, Mr. Ratko Pavićević, is constantly investing in the education of its employees in order to be able to, at any time, provide superior service to its clients. Alliance, even at the time of the pronounced global economic crisis, managed to survive and adapt to the requirements and needs of the customers. This fact has been one of the most important achievement in the past decades. One form of recognition for all our efforts and an additional achievement of Alliance is the fact that we are the market leaders when it comes to the sale of new vehicles in Montenegro which confirms the growing confidence that the company enjoys on the market. So, in early June 2009, we opened a new Renault – Dacia concession, regulated by the latest standards of the largest French car manufacturer, on 8,000 square meters, next to the main road between Podgorica and Cetinje. After Renault and Nissan joined forces in 1999, in spring 2011, Alliance became an authorised representative of Nissan. Renault, as the largest French car manufacturer and the fourth largest car manufacturer in the world is recognised by high standards in terms of environmental protection, which is one of the elements of very high importance for Alliance.

We put our customers at the heart of everything we do and that is why we pay particular attention to after-sale services, and we are fully convinced that only original spare parts and car maintenance with an authorised car service guarantee quality and vehicle safety. Our employees are top-class professionals, who regularly go to different trainings in order to maintain a code of professional and business conduct and to be able to instil trust into our clients when it comes to the quality of the performed work.

Recent developments

In order to be closer to our buyers in the coastal region of our country, Alliance recognised the need to open new motor vehicle dealer and service premises for the sale and maintenance of Renault, Dacia and Nissan. This new concession was built in 2013, in Radanovići, in the vicinity of Tivat, Kotor and Budva.

Earlier, in 2012, Alliance became one of 316 specialised points for sale and maintenance of Renault Sport cars, which made possible for Renault Sport car fans to have equal opportunity as other sports cars fans worldwide.

Following the trends and standards, which are globally introduced by Renault, in 2016 Alliance implemented Renault Store programme, which was envisaged as a completely new experience for our customers. This programme includes provision of a place where a buyer can surf the Internet, drink coffee and relax. Our sales force uses this concept as a brand new, innovative and interactive way of presenting our cars, products and services to our clients.

Promotion

Full aware that buyers are our best promoters and, at the same time, best friends, Alliance regularly organises promotions of vehicles and gets together owners of the three brands. So, in 2014 and 2016, we organised Dacia Picnic Day in a place called Kučka korita which was attended by a huge number of our satisfied buyers and Dacia car owners.

Furthermore, Alliance is an active participant in all cultural and sports events which are organised all around Montenegro. The company is an active member of our society and a long-time sponsor of the Podgorica Marathon, supporting in this manner sports and recreation as a favourable and healthy life style. Alliance is an active sponsor and in that regard we would like to mention our sponsorship of Lake Fest music festival, which is held near Lake Krupac, close to Nikšić and the International Francophonie Day in Montenegro.

Alliance is the company which is not only concerned with its clients, but with socially responsible behaviour, through environmental protection and donations to our employees and community. Listening to the problems and needs of the community, we try to actively resolve their problems. In that regard, in April 2014, our company donated Renault Fluence to the Ministry of Interior, in order to improve road traffic safety in Montenegro.

A year later, in 2015, Alliance, in cooperation with “Gradski saobraćaj” donated one Dacia Sandero to Podgorica Communal Police Department in order to help with keeping communal order in Podgorica.

With our partners, within a CSR project called "Hypo Pro Futuro", in February 2012, we donated to the Clinical Centre of Montenegro one Renault Trafic Mobile Intensive Care Unit, which, apart from standard equipment, possesses upgraded and the latest medical equipment used for patient resuscitation.

Also, Alliance in cooperation with Dacia, the fastest-growing car brand in Europe, loaned a Dacia Duster to the Montenegro Mountain Rescue Service, thus becoming their proud sponsor.

Alliance will, in the future, listen to and understand the needs of the society, since we are aware that the investment in the improvement of the quality of life of our people is the best investment in a better tomorrow for all and common social values shall continue to be the cornerstone of our business.
