2000-2010 ~ Senior Associate Attorney ~ Law Firm, Birmingham, MI In this role I served as outside legal counsel and project manager for major wireless telecommunication companies for the placement and installation of NSB, LTE upgrades, microwave and ETTCs, DAS, small cell and other wireless telecommunication facilities throughout the country. 

Results: Managed the site development of projects for numerous carriers, which included site

identification and mapping, leasing, zoning, permitting and regulatory compliance. Successfully negotiated and leased over 1,000 facilities throughout the country.

Successfully negotiated and drafted numerous contracts and agreements, including right-of-way agreements for various legal entities, including numerous landlords, municipalities and corporations throughout the country.
