In this role, I was the Senior Site Development Manager working on the site development, contract negotiations and drafting, regulatory, permitting, closeouts and title review.
Results: Improved team’s quality of service, increase delivery times and most importantly, improved
customer satisfaction. Encouraged and executed daily challenges, with the primary focus of meeting/exceeding
customer approval and expectations. Utilized my prior experience and work ethic to resolve lease issues and remove roadblocks, to
deliver the project on time and under budget.
2011-2015 ~ PROGRAM MANAGER ~ ERICSSON, INC.In this role I managed multiple projects, ranging in scope from $40 million to $100 million. I’m accountable for managing a team of 30 plus resources, plus numerous vendors, for the Sprint Network Visions Project, which included site development, including leases and licenses, construction and delivery of over 900 sites.
Results: Ensure that deliverables, costs, schedules, and quality exceeded the company’s and
customer’s expectations. Provided direction and oversight to numerous project teams, internal and external, to
complete projects on time and at a 35% profit; highest in the company. Used legal experience to review and interpret contact provisions, saving the company over
$1 million dollars. In addition, used management skills to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Managed project teams, including employees and vendor teams of their progress and kept all
teams focused on exceeding goals. Developed and maintained strong relationship with vendor teams and vendor management.
2000-2010 ~ Senior Associate Attorney ~ Law Firm, Birmingham, MI In this role I served as outside legal counsel and project manager for major wireless telecommunication companies for the placement and installation of NSB, LTE upgrades, microwave and ETTCs, DAS, small cell and other wireless telecommunication facilities throughout the country.
Results: Managed the site development of projects for numerous carriers, which included site
identification and mapping, leasing, zoning, permitting and regulatory compliance. Successfully negotiated and leased over 1,000 facilities throughout the country.
Successfully negotiated and drafted numerous contracts and agreements, including right-of-way agreements for various legal entities, including numerous landlords, municipalities and corporations throughout the country.
Reviewed and advised client(s) on risk(s) and regarding local, state and federal regulations to assure both federal and state regulatory compliance.
