East 54-Building 5000, Chapel Hill, NC. Constructed a 110,000 SF, 5-story, 58 unit multi-family building. Contract value $7.9 million. Piedmont Access to Health Services, Danville, VA. Built a 14,000 SF addition to and renovation of an existing medical office building. Contract value $2.2 million.

Project Manager, John S. Clark Company, LLC, Mt. Airy, NC 2012-2013

Completed the project closeout and the punch list on several projects throughout North Carolina and Virginia including; Primland Resort, ASU Student Dormitory, Newton-Conover MS, Lucas MS, NC Veterans Home, Walmart and a Target store.

Project Manager, D.H. Griffin Construction Co., Raleigh, NC 2009-2011

High Point University Summer Dorm Renovations, High Point, NC. Cleaned, repaired and painted 400 dorm rooms to the very high standards of HPU in nine weeks. NC A&T State University, New General Classroom & Lecture Hall, Greensboro, NC: Completed an 88,000 SF, 3-story, state of the art teaching facility with an open 3-story atrium and multi-story lecture hall. Contract value $20.9 million.

Mills Park Middle School, Cary, NC: Completed a 196,000 SF, 3-story, energy efficient school with athletic fields/track, parking lot and roadway improvements 3-weeks early. Contract value $39.1 million.

Project Manager, Shelco, Inc., Raleigh, North Carolina 2003-2009

Windsor Manor Parking Deck, Raleigh, NC: Constructed a 490 space, six level precast concrete parking deck. Contract value $6.2 million.

JDL Castle/GSA Data Center, Durham, NC: Completed the foundations and structural steel for a 105,000 SF primary data center for the federal government. Contract value $47.5 million.

Targacept Laboratory Renovation, Winston-Salem, NC: Converted 10,000 SF of office space to a clean barrier biotech research laboratory. Contract value $3.3 million. REX Healthcare Wound Clinic, Raleigh, NC: Convert 5,200 SF of office space into a medical procedures facility operating four hyperbaric chambers. Contract value $300,000. Richard H. Dean Biomedical Research Building, Winston-Salem, NC: Construction of a five story, 180,434 SF Class A biotechnology research laboratory with 453 space precast concrete parking deck. Contract value $72.6 million.

Partners III Research Center and Parking Deck, Raleigh, NC: Construction of a three story, 80,000 SF research center with 640 space precast concrete parking deck. Contract value $17 million.

Selma Elementary School, Selma, NC: Construction of new elementary school including classrooms, kitchen, restrooms, auditorium, media center and administration area. Contract value $5.7 million. Brookes Avenue Church of Christ, Raleigh, NC: Renovations to the auditorium, balcony, restrooms and Lobby area. Contract value $365,790.

Sterling Montessori Academy – Building C-2, Morrisville, NC: Addition to an existing building consisting of four classrooms, restrooms and offices. Contract value $786,604.

Project Manager, Archer Western Contractors LTD, Raleigh, North Carolina 2001-2002

RDU Airport, Parking Garage 4, Raleigh, NC: Construction of new 2.1 million SF post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking structure. Contract value of garage: $71.8 million.

Project Manager, S.B. Ballard Construction Company, Norfolk, Virginia 2000-2001

Norfolk International Airport Parking Garage A, Norfolk, VA: Construction of new 1.5 million SF, 9-level, post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete parking structure. Contract value $30.8 million.

Project Manager – Civil, Pizzagalli Construction Company, S. Burlington, Vermont 1998-2000

Seneca WWTP Expansion, Germantown, MD: Coordinated all work and documentation associated with civil work activities. Contract value $47.3 million. Seneca WWTP Upgrade, Germantown, MD: Supervised completion of punch list activities involving the coordination of sixteen subcontractors and vendors. Original contract value $24.5 million.

Assistant Project Manager, Pizzagalli Construction Company 1995-1998

Culinary Institute of America Facility Renovations, Hyde Park, NY: Prepared bid documents, conducted pre-bid conferences, accepted and reviewed bid proposals for several renovation projects at the Culinary Institute. Contract value $3.1 million. Moores Bridges Water Treatment Plant Upgrade, Norfolk, VA: Expanded capacity of an existing plant from 78 MGD to 108 MGD with additional modifications to provide the required process improvements to handle the added capacity. Contract value $108.9 million.

Project Engineer, The Hardaway Company, Columbus, Georgia 1986-1995

U.S. Route 13 Bridge over Duck Creek, Smyrna, DE: Demolition and construction of a four-lane bridge replacing an existing seventy-year old structure. Contract value $1.4 million.

DE Route 1 - Korean War Veterans Highway, Bear, DE: Constructed 3.04 miles of six lane concrete highway with twelve bridges over tidal wetlands and new and existing roadways. Contract value $32.6 million. DE Route 1 - Korean War Veterans Highway, Smyrna, DE: Constructed 5.64 miles of four lane concrete highway with nine bridges over tidal wetlands and new and existing roadways. Contract value $40.9 million. U.S. Route 50 Improvements at Cape St. Claire Road, Annapolis, MD: Constructed a cloverleaf intersection with a steel girder bridge over an existing six-lane highway. Contract value $19.0 million.

U.S. Route 50 Vienna Bypass, Vienna, MD: Constructed 3.5 miles of four-lane highway with a one-mile long high-rise bridge over the Nanticoke River. Contract value $51.2 million. Land Level Ship Construction Facility, Newport News, VA: Construction of cast-in-place concrete dry-dock and berthing facility for nuclear submarines. Contract value $22.6 million. H
